I get two or three calls a day from 000-000-0000. I've never answered and they hang up on my answering machine. Land line and cell both get calls, and neither shows a caller ID, just the number.

I got the same call they called me by name. Then told me they were the United states bureau of something but I hung up because I was freaked.

The caller, Out of area (displayed as ID our phone ), used no number to call us @ 13:47, 09.06.2015. FTC suggests us not to answer unwanted call on the spot. We received many " Out of area ) calls.

Some brainless offshore jackhole has been calling with this zero-spoofed number, with a Caller ID tag of "Name Not Found."  Sound "phishy"?  Nahhhhhhh............  Another idiot is blocked.

I had this number blocked - but my phone rings once on a blocked number before it shuts down, and this number was coming through over and over, so I finally unblocked the number and took a call.  They claimed they were Franklin Templeton invesents asking about proxy vote information.  They may have been legit but FRANKLIN TEMPLETON - WHY DO YOU FEEL THE NEED TO SPOOF YOUR PHONE NUMBER TO CALL ME?

They are at it again! Answered, NOTHING, Blocked, DONE! :)

I got a call from that number,all 0's,caller unknown. I answered it and some girl said what are you doing Grandma? I told her my Granddaughter has autism,and can't talk,only have one,so maybe wrong number,she hung up when I told her my Granddaughter can't talk.

The caller used to use V= 15 digit, V123456789012345 ( 15 digits ) and phone number to call, but today It had no number.

Got 3 calls from 000-000-0000 i finally answered while making dinner today  9-14-15 and an heavily accented man said he was calling from Washington DC. I cut him off and said 'You're a Liar' he said very quickly 'You're an assh***' so i said "F U' and hung up. True Story and i'm guessing that will be the end of the calls.

They claim to be calling to let me know that I have been selected to receive money from the Government. I haveaskedth to take off of their contact list and their reply is "never." They are from a third-world country. If questioned as to why my country would have them contact me for receiving money? They get indignant and call us Americans spoiled. There is more but that is the theme they take.

9/16/15 11:08 PDT  What part of no answer do these creeps not get??  This was an obvious roto dialed call with the funny noise at end of dial and then a live person asking for "Mrs. *****  sounding surprised at not receiving a response.  Doesn't understand she was talking to a voice mail.  Will attempt to block via no mo.

I reserve comments at this time because "contempt" prior to investigation does not work for me. Really what if it's Prince Charming and his horse needs a drink?

1 000 000 0000 called at 4:10 pm I have this number blocked, it shows up on the phone, but does not even ring once. requires caller ID from Comcast,I can block 1500 numbers
