This is the best shot we have of trying to eliminate these calls.  Anything else we do as individuals has no effect.

I keep getting daily phone calls from the same group called Consumer Services, but they keep using a different phone number. Today they called from 1-000-000-0000. It's difficult, if not impossible, to report them when they keep using a different phone number. That's just why they do it. It's always the same recorded message about it being my "final notice", and it relates to outstanding credit card balances. I'm disabled, and need to rest a lot during the day, and certainly do not need to be disturbed by these chronic and annoying phone calls. But, now that my daughter is working quite a distance from home, I am really bothered that I have to put my phone on "busy", so that I'm not disturbed or awakened by these persistent people. Plus, they call at different times during the day, so there's no way for me predict when they will call. And, they don't even have the option on their automated message to opt out of these calls. And, don't try talking to them, because as soon as they hear that you want to be removed from their calling list, they just hang up. Makes me want to "reach out and touch" them!

These callers are CREDIT  CARD  SCAMMERS !!

I put my fax to automatically answer at the 3rd ring so it gives me time to answer legit calls but scammers get the voicemail and give up.

Honestly, it's hard for me to believe that anyone would answer such a number.
We have ALL phone numbers beginning with 000 blocked for over two years.

Called today at 1:30pm - blocked - our phones do not ring when a blocked number calls in.

Good question.  People, you don't have to answer your phone.  Lately we've been getting a few scam calls daily.

When are you people gonna learn NOT to answer calls whose numbers you don't recognize? Don't answer them, and don't 'play' with them, either...sheesh. You must be the same people who click on links in emails from people/businesses you don't know, as well. Spam emails and phone calls wouldn't stand a chance of succeeding if people would just ignore them.
I would like to think that we are all intelligent adults who have better things to do than to entertain intrusive, illegal phonecalls and emails.

Got a call from this number. Heavily accented voice said he was with Microsoft. I am aware of this scam. I am also now aware the caller (Denzel) doesn't like predator drone jokes,
