I was in the car with my family when my phone rang from an unknown nubmer: 000-000-0000. I've gotten calls from that number before around the holidays and mine and my mother's birthdays, but no one has ever answered before. So I answered it. Static as usual. Then I heard the voice of a very elderly woman. So I said, "Hello?" And she said, "Is Sonny there?" This came as a shock to me since that's my uncle's nickname given to him by his mother. I asked, "Who?" just to clarify. "Is Sonny there? Let me talk to my Sonny!" she demanded. I was freaking out, told her she had the wrong number, and hung up. Upon trying to call back, I get the rapid beeping that indicates the number has been disconnected. Some of my freinds tried calling it from their phones and it said the call could not be completed as dialed.

My grandma's birthday was just 10 days ago and, for the first time since her death 18 years ago, no one in the family had time to leave flowers by her grave. I've also noticed coins (like pennies and quarters)showing up around me, particularly at work, even though it's by the dishwashing sink and no one takes money back there. FYI, randomly appearing coins are supposed to be a sign of the visits of a passed loved one.

My mom always used to joke that I'm my grandmother reincarnated, seeing as I was conceived around the time of her death. You all probably think I'm crazy, but I think that she connected with me via my cell phone from the dead, trying to reach out to her favorite son- the one who she wouldn't think would forget to leave her flowers on her birthday, but through me because I might be her "incarnation", if you will. I don't know. If anything, this fuels my desire to become a paranormal investigator.

I got a phone call from this person more then 20 times one night, and finally decided to answer it and when I did they Whispered Dont Scream and im gunna kill you in your sleep and all this [***]. I was like WTF? And Turned off my phone and continued playing world of warcraft on my computer :) Hehe.

Rec'd junk marketing ph call from 000-000-0000, on 7/29/08 at 8:19 pm. Did not answer as I recognized this stupid call.

These relentless, persistent [***] also called again on 7/30/08 at 9:17 am, and also at 9:29 am, did not answer again.

Incidentally where are all YOU stupid people who believe in the junk science of global warming, the no-drill anywhere crowd, the invested in complete surrender-and-defeat appeasement crowd to help avert us from a torrential rain of useless morons that call here? Here's a good place to put all those Marxist lefties from Bezerkly, CA to be productive, and become useful.

If you’re one of those that believe in walking around holding a lit candle in your hand, taking off from work, assuming you have a job or life, in an all-night vigil, the rest of us could use worthless people like YOU in confronting the onslaught of scum-bag telemarketing firms!

Maybe those worthless Obama supporters could call relentlessly back to that number of 000-000-0000, and we could “only hope for a change”.

I keep getting calls on my cellphone from 000-000-0000.  They never leave a message, and the one time I answered no one talked on the other line.  I get random calls every day from other numbers, like a recent one that kept calling from South Carolina where I know no one and when I'd try to call back it would say the number did not exist.  The 000-000-0000 never leaves any kind of message, but I do not have a credit card or a blockbuster membership or a mortgage.  My cell, my husband's cell, and our house line are ALL on the Do Not Call Registry.  I got so irritated with these calls that I changed my voice mail outgoing message to "I am on the do not call list.  If you actually know me, leave a message."  So now the calls are all from a random robotic voice in either gender.  It really ought to be illegal for robots to make or receive calls...

Got recording when I picked up.  Hung up immediately.

Been getting calls from this number all week. I don't answer unknowns or toll-free calls, I just let them go to voice mail. This morning was the last straw -- it's Sunday MORNING, for pete's sake!

calls multiple times, weekly credit-card scam in appearance either hangs up when asked to place on no call list or says they place it on.

Got a call from 000-000-0000 at 1645 today. Curious thing is it's a provincial holiday here in Ontario, as I'm in Mississauga.

THEY CALL ME ABOUT 20 TIMES A DAY.

We've started getting these calls now from the number 000-000-0000 and everytime we pick up the phone it hangs up. I'm afraid if I pick it up it could be someone in jail or somewhere tapping into my line to be able to do outside calls. I'm watching my phone bill to make sure there are no "extra" charges. I've gotten where we don't answer the phone but they call so many times within a day it is very annoying! I'm going to check into reporting it to the Atty General.

Just got this call to my business today.  When I answered someone starting saying something about an enhanced business listing on yellow pages.  As soon as I heard that I hung up without a word and they called back a few minutes later.  I picked up the phone again, said stop calling and hung up again.  You'd think they got the clue the first time.

You should get a lawyer to sue them.

I get calls from "Collingwood" and got the exact "cruise" horn call.
Wonder if there's a connection?

It can be someone that works for the GOV. I know I use 2 date someone from there n when they called it came up 0000000000. so dont underestimate technology now n days.

I went to where they said my car was at.To me its wrong for police not to give # it could of been a set up for people to break into my house when i left. Talk about a SAFTY ISSUE!! Are they ashamed or what? I know they have a lot to deal with and i am THANKFUL for the help they do may god bless them. But things like this i question.
