how do we block these calls

I frequently  receive  calls from 000-000-0000 which sounds to be of some scam.

This morning received a call from 000-000-0000? Not sure who is using this phone number but it would seem to me that we should be able to monitor how we make calls in this country and ban the use of people hiding behind this software technique by not having to show a legitimate / active number. Sad state of affairs.

The person is from the Philippines.How many languages do you know?

Hey if you think about it! There are people in this world that are learning languages that are new to them! Yes I agree that the spelling isn't the best but you know what! Learning new things is a part of life!

The caller, Private caller ( displayed as ID on our phone. ) , called us @ 22:01, 12.04.2015. We opted not to answer unwanted call on the spot per FTC ( www.donotcall.gov ) suggestion. Usually, unwanted calls come in before 20:00.
This time  very late, I  pressed it, heard Faxing noise, so I turned the phone off, anyway, the Fax is off line most of the time.
Caller: Private caller

The caller, last 2 months, used 323-934-3016 to Fax. Last week, this number was disconnected, new number 323-525-0116 was used to Fax to us about 5 times, even my Fas was off line. Last night, it used Private caller & no number displayed on our phone.

Again, I picked it up, I heard Fax noise. My Fax is off many days.

I textend to landline and instead of showing my number it was the 1 000 0000? So maybe its just like the auto dialer only with text!

That is true!
I try not to answer them but sometimes the same number will call over and over!! So I'll answer tell them to please stop calling!!

This number has called my phone for about 2 weeks , maybe 2-3 times a day. It's getting ridiculous!!
