- jm| 1 replyconstant 000-000-0000 call to my cell phone - I never answered it until today. Then there was a lot of static and sounded like people were talking to each other; I asked them what they wanted. He said his name was Jack. I asked him "what do you want". Hesitated and then he said "This is Jack" - I said why are you calling from 000-000-0000 what do you want". He said - ohhhh don't hang up - it's a call because I'm receiving a signal from your computer". So I slammed the phone in his ear and will NEVER answer that again. Not sure how to make them stop calling.

- Received| 1 replyOkay. Take care.
- Chris replies to ReceivedThese are scam callers. DO NOT give them any information whatsoever. Because the same thing happened to me. I got a real weirdo today from a Girl named "Melane" she said she was a student from Fullerton CA. I told her "I know you're a scammer". She didn't say anything after that. So I told her to never ever call again. I am going to be ripping out my landline soon because it's going to get worse in the Summer and Congress is doing nothing about it. Nor the FCC. Please do the right thing. Turn them in.
- uncbba02| 2 repliesGet calls all the time from these numbers. They said indian, they keep trying to make me remember buying some Cialis from them which is [***]. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he hung up this time. Who are they and how do I get rid of them?

- jonny replies to RickHaha. Yes. I asked him "Is this call mandatory?" Cuz he was like "This is the federal government trying to get you in on a deal where you can opt out of paying taxes. If you are interested please ask me further questions." What a scam. Well and he hung up so whatever I guess.

- jmad replies to Irritated_Mommy| 2 repliesYES! for about a week I had been getting calls from an unknown number, I ignored them of course but then they started gettin more & more frequent. it got to the point were it was calling about every 10 minutes, I got so irritated that I finally did answer. when I answered the first thing I heard was a bunch of talking (as if the person was in a place with a lot of other people), then she asked me in a low voice "is this *my name*?" I asked who I was speaking with & she said that she was from the United States government & I had been approved to receive some crazy amount of money but that I'd have to pay it back ... she was talking so quietly I had to keep asking what she said & I guess she was irritated so she hung up. but the calls continued so the next day I answered again to tell them to stop calling, when I answered it was the same thing (lots of back ground noise followed by a low voice) only this time it was a man & all he said was " *my name* ?" so I hung up. the calls still continued that night followed by a call from the number 1 & 0000000000 I DID NOT ANSWER! it's been about 3 days & they haven't called but it was a little scary. also they clearly had accents (middle eastern or maybe indian) but I just received a call from (421) 265-8416 about 4 times today ... I've taken my # off of all social media now & I think it's helped
