Got a call from this number today.  Seriously, why would any legitimate company set up their phone as 000-000-000 and Name Unavailable and expect anyone to answer it?  

they said they was calling from a microsoft Computer and asked me how my computer was doing.

block the caller. i just did

I DONT THINK ITS TELEMARKETERS CALLING FROM 000 NUMBERS. I THINK ITS PEOPLE TRYING TO HACK INTO YOUR PHONE OR SCAM YOU. I KNOW PPL WHO WORK FOR TELEMARKETING SERVICES AND THEY EITHER HAVE A NUMBER APPEAR OR IT WILL BE UNKNOWN OR UNAVAILABLE. BUT NOT 000,000 ETC...SO BE AWARE FOR HACKERS OR SCAMS  FROM LAZY PEOPLE TRYING TO TAKE UR INFO AND HARD WORKING MONEY!!!!!

I have been getting calls from this number (000-000-0000) for several days, I do not pick up and they do not leave a message until today!  They left a message identifying themselves as a private investigator hired to investigate a business using my first name, and left a file number and a phone number for me to call back.   I have no intention on returning any such call!  This is nothing more than a scam trying to intimidate people into returning calls for what reason??? could be many!

Very sick individuals with no life of their own!!

Getting about 5 telemarketer calls a day. I never answer a number I do not recognize. Always use this site to screen calls. Thanks!!!!!

Update: Left a message. It was a Republican candidate running for governor in SC. Kind of a bad way to introduce himself with an intrusive marketing call.

I've recieved phone calls from that # twice today and they dont even speak when we pick up.really strange

I have my number with the do not call list and they still call!

Of course this isn't a real number...   That FAKE number is BLOCKED from calling my phone.

These calls that display 000-000-0000 are from callers that "spoof" the call ID display so you cannot call them back or report them. They are not all from the same people. They are using a VOIP setup which is as of yet untraceable. A lot of these call come from outside of the United States.

Prohibit any person or entity from transmitting misleading or inaccurate caller ID information with the intent to defraud, cause harm, or wrongfully obtain anything of value.
Subject violators to a penalty of up to $10,000 for each violation of the rules.
Exempt authorized activities by law enforcement agencies and situations where courts have authorized caller ID manipulation to occur.  Lets flood the FCC with calls so maybe they will do something about this.....

I got my first call with the all zeros, at 3:00 A.M this morning!  I didn't  know about the all zero one. I only have a tracfone, and don't use it that much. Very scary to get a call at 3:00 a.m,  on a phone that mainly only family members call me on.

Got a call from this number a few minutes ago, I could not answer as the phone had just been hungup to charge the dead battery. They left no message.

I used *77 for anonymous call rejection and now they can't get through!!

I received a call today from 000-000-00...first said he was calling from the government...I hung up.  He then called back and it was nothing but porn.  I am 71 years old and this type of call uncalled fro.

I've had Verizon for a while about 3 years and not one have I gotten a call from this number but i am starting to get the them

I received calls from the number 000-000-0000 persons would not identify themselves annoying and I think it as a criminal harassment call for which I filed it under with law enforcement
