There was a song that hit my radio as I was coming off the Tampa Causeway in 2006. Made me think of you then.

You happened to call this week on a day just before I heard that song playing again. Another curious fluke. lol

Anyways. Good night pretty lady. I trust you are well.

I got a call on my cell phone, purportedly from this number, which isn't even assignable under the North American Numbering Plan. When I didn't answer, the VM was the tail end of a robocall, telling me to press 1 to take advantage of this incredible offer. If they are using "incredible" in its original sense of "impossible to believe," I'm sure it is.

Called my cell. I don't answer calls from odd numbers like this. Left a message that was cut off but said something about lowering interest rates. Blocked.

You can't block this number. It won't allow you to. The thing is, I get these calls a lot and I'm told I owe the IRS money. It is always a foreigner who can't speak English well. Each time I have answered, they tell me I owe something different. AND they try to scare me into paying over the phone with a credit card. I purposely keep them in the phone and tell them I know this is fraud. Sometimes the guy hands up on me, sometimes he keeps trying to bully me into paying. I finally tell him that he needs to check his facts and the IRS policies because the IRS NEVER calls. They send a letter!

When they call me it is always an Indian guy. He is always trying to get money from me...saying he is with the IRS, OR tells me he can lower the interest in my credit cards, and asks for my card number so he can help lower my rates! When I tell him if this was true, he should already have my card number. Then he hangs up.

When they call me, I have started to tell them I have reported them for fraud. They usually hang up and don't call again for months.

6/7/2016 2:43PM - Picked up phone a female recording "this is in connection with your current credit cards..."  Hung up phone. Dont have caller ID. If I select "star" button on telephone dial I get a recording with the number of last incoming call...Sounds like many Telemarketers/SCAMers are using 000 000 0000. Guess it cant be traced.....

It's been  quite sometime since this spoofed number has called here. Unfortunately for them their call was blocked. I sure hope that factor didn't leave whoever I would have talked to in tears.

This one was weird. Caller ID initially indicated 0000000000. I didn't answer, obviously. But they did leave a message. The message was the standard, "Stay on the line to speak to an operator about lowering your interest rates". Here's the weird part, the caller ID on the voicemail showed 310 721 8805.
