My spouse had this on her recent usage from last Monday, she sent 2 messages in the evening. She left on Thursday for business in Texas, the number 830-021-1475, 830 is an area code in Texas but I cannot get a connection. Her bill only had the two outgoing messages, I sent two messages and received two failure notices back? Weird.

My husband received repeated messages from this very #6245 & when I questioned him they stopped mysteriously.  Later to be replaced by other 4 & 5 digit code messages. My research was he was talking to an ex on Facebook,  private messaging, calling & when I understandly got upset when I snuck his phone away and saw the boob shots, assshots, and tiny peek crotch shot, admitted cheating on both their parts with seperate people while married and inviting her out...you can understand my female meter went into overdrive. This is a code from a text website. It's called short code but the sender can use a Verizon website as an email and mail the # & this code shows up because it originated from this site. Beware women men are hunters always looking for new tricks to decieve. I hope some of you are not gullible as I was and was told problems with phone & error messages because the error messages came coming....

Do not believe for one minute anyone is cheating because of this number. This is some kind if a spam that is being sent just the same as when you receive phone calls showing up on ID such as a state name only. and, they wind up to be spammers. The spammers hide behind "call number routers" that scramble numbers. 99% of the time they are actually originating from another country. Yes, I am an investigator and  I have spent quite a bit of time and resources tracking this.  The real blame here is Verizon. They are aware of this but do nothing to prevent it!

Thank you for your explanation, especially since Verizon won't verify exactly what this number is and why!  As my Wife is absolutely convinced that it is some kind of secret code that you dial or text to cover up that I'm cheating on her! To make matters worse, she called our land line phone carrier which happens to be COX, and my wife claims that COX told her that when you dial this 0000006245 is a secret way to call a secret person or someone that I would supposedly be contacting!!  At this point she's convinced and says that she's hired an IT specialist who has convinced her that it's a cover up number to text or call!!  All he's doing is destroying my life in order to make a few easy $$$$$$$$$$$$!!!!

OMG! ladies and gents.. the number 0000006245 their are several others.. dial from land line!! you will be greeted from a cox operator asking how do you want to place your call!! collect,CC or you can wait for live Operator!! now from your cell you can do same thing,just means your home internet /phone through cox will be charged!! so you can make calls and the number doesn't show up on your cell bill..LMAO

My husband got a 6245 text message on his phone. It was from 704609@verizon.net.  In the body it had:
531-3143 and also
@@0newmail0URG0FAX*86

If you an investigator, can you make any sense out of this message.  I have to admit I have several reasons other than this to be suspicious.

this is the same thing that is happening on my husbands cell phone. i am sure they are really that innocent of how they started receiving these but i  noticed alot of them are spitting out like 30 texts in 1 minute, so something is up. Lots of 000-000-6245 and things from bounce something and peoples names

Google will send a code in a text message from that number when signing on to google with two step verification enabled.

I got this on my phone too... I'm pretty sure that this is when you text an email address... my husband uses his phone to text my email all the time and i get weird #'s like this showing up.

No when you send a email vial text this way it shows that it comes from your email address.

You need to be very suspicious.  I just caught my wife cheating on me and this is how they were doing it.  She denied it, but phone records don't lie.  Ask your significant other to look at their phone and check their email on the phone.  They can email them back and people slip up and not delete everything.  Folks...be very scared if you are seeing these numbers.  They ARE cheating on you and this is how they do it.

That number is when you sent an email to your cell. I was wondering the same thing the I looked into it and i was sending email text to my phone it come's out 0000006245.
