Who is this person who just make a call and fail to answer. Please help the police by tracking this person.

I got a call from this number, they ask me about my old mutual account and they even ask me to give them my account number
so that they can deduct, what is surprising is that old mutual did debit on my funeral cover,so what the hell or who the helll is this person and why are they doing this people..?

i received a call from this 0115907000 more than once,and when i tried to call back always engaged.this shows that we do not have enough security to trace such frauds syndicates in our country,what is South Africa doing,what is the plan of destroying this kind of modus operandi......South Africa wake up....we do not want to be hacked by foreigners in combination with our fellow brothers and sisters.this is too much,we do not fell safe in our own country.scam scaM SCAM SCAM.

i received a no 0115907000 from my phone almost everyday and when i try to call the number back is engaged,i just like to know how can we trace this scam we are facing people

15th jan2014 i got a call frm 011 590 7000 and when answer it hung up and after been trying to call it bck nd it forever says connection error.What the hell is going on cos seems am.not the only one.
