I got a call from that # did't answer it. searched the # 4 hrs. glad i found this BLOG thanks.

I don't want to cause mass panick, but I heard, but cannot prove yet, that whoever is on the other end is trying to hack into your long distance.  I've been googling it to try to find out.  My suggestion is not to answer the number- even if they are not trying to hack your long distance, just don't give them the time of day!

Just started receiving calls yesterday.  When I saw the number, I decided not to pick up.  Just received the second call about 40 minutes ago, and I ignored it, again.  The phone rings only four times each call and stops.  
I heard something about this number months ago in an email, but I cannot remember what it was about!
My advise to all: Never just pick up your phone when it rings!!  Always check the ID.  That's the reason for its invention.

Two calls from this number in Ontario, one yesterday and one today. Picked up both times, line is always dead.

Just called..I answered, no one there.  Now after reading these post I will never pick up again!

I picked up because i thought that sometimes people calling from a computer phone come up with that number..but I'm not sure.

got a call around 1pm today in ontario from 123-456-7890 answered it unknowingly as i work nights and phone beside my head, i was sleeping.  Dead air.

Saw the weird number on the phone later

then later around 3pm got an automated call from a company1(213)-732-2036 telling me i was chosen for a vacation getaway to Cancun and Orlando at a special price.  It said to find out more details press 1.  I didn't.  I'm guessing they are linked.

yep, i got a call from these [***] a few times now but never an anwser, wont be anwsering this again.
i advise everyone to do the same.

Called about 40 minutes ago.  I'm in Ontario also.
Answered as I was at phone with no call id on it.  Just dead air.  
Checked other phone and saw this number.  How annoying.

Got a phone call tonight at 8:10 PM 10/17/07. No one would ansewer. I hung the phone up and dialed *69.
It gave me the number  123-456-7890. I called the operator and she couldn't help me. She said that she has heard of this before and couldn't explain it.

this number showed up twice

It's hit the Guelph ON area. Answer and dead air. How does someone get away with this!

omg i keep getting these phone calls i ended up callin the police and they told me to call my phone provider. i havent done it yet. Its pisses me off is it really ID THEIVES OH MY GOD! they should really grow up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ive gotten 8 calls today(oct.18th07)

Also in Guelph and have been getting these calls like everyone else. The foreign guy only asked for the head of the house. Thank god I sound like I'm 12 and can get away with "no" easily. Then he said "okay okay that's okay, enjoy your stay there!"

Rec'd 1 call about two hours ago showing this number on caller ID. Didn't answer it, no message left on answering machine but could hear dead air prior to machine disconnecting. We are in Texas so obviously no boundaries whomever they are. This site is great to keep people informed.

They called me twice and I was curious about this number so I answered twice, but they just hung up.

I got this call onece but i wasnt home and i was wondering what the area code 123 was and i found this site, me and my dad were shocked, i tried calling them but it said there is truble completing your call. if anyone can try to trace this call try it and get these/that person(s) to stop!

They call everyday, when I answer noone is there, really is bothersome, when did a persons live start being intruded on in the privacy of your own home,, [***] I hope they check this site out

I get calls daily from the 123-456-7890 and others that are very odd...... 906-39? Or 00? I have never answered any of them but then they get to my voice message and leave a long, static message that is just burning my minutes... any idea how to make them stop? I have registered my number with the national do not call.. still get many sales calls that do not stop even though I have asked to be removed.

Didn't recognize the #, so didn't answer. Checked it on reversephonedirectory.com and it came up as a wireless phone registered in Chicago. Sounds like a scam to me, with all the other listings here.
