Same thing here - Every day at least twice a day . I also am on the no call list . That thing needs revamped . It has to many loopholes . Him and the survays , not to mention the offers for tv and hi speed hookups.
I'v threatened to report , I said do not call any more .
Are there any hungry lawyers out there that we could all go to togeather and sue for herasment?

the "hello?" preceding each of the four or five phone calls per day sounds different with each call, so whenever i see that i'm getting a call from this number i think of things to say upon immediately answering the phone.  it's sort of fun.  i'm just going to get my number changed, there is nothing you can do about it.

I have been receiving calls from this number for at least 6 weeks. They call all times of the day, from sun up to sun down. Today I logged a total of 6 calls. I am tired of this harrassment, what is the point of registering your number on the "Do Not Call Registry" of you still get unwanted calls?

Don't even waste your energy yelling at the guy who says hello. He is just a recording that(through voice activation)starts up the other sales pitch recording. Does anyone know of a cell phone that can block specific numbers? I was told that there is just one such model available, but still can't find out who manufacures it. My phone company just gives me the run-around and says they don't have the technology to block these calls. I was almost ready to order their product just to get these calls to stop. I'm glad I read the post above that says not to, because that is exactly what the callers are trying to make you do. I consider this to be extortion. The amount of aggravation these people have caused me is beyond belief. What is worse is finding out that nothing can be done and that no one at my phone service cares enough to actually help me. I was told to write them. I was going to send them my phone bill to show the amount of calls I get from that one number. I am baffled to see that that number only shows up a few times on my 'incoming call' list, although I would estimate I have received about 200 calls from this number over the last two months. Worst of all is the voice of that creepy guy that says hello. He sounds like the school teacher from 'Beavis & [***]'. I was going to change my phone number and get a new provider. If I do, it will likely be a waste of time because they will probably call the new number too. I think I am going to get one of those cheapy pay-as-you-go phones from 7-11. This whole things sucks big time. This 'virus' is going to ruin the cell phone industry and they don't even care enough to do something to help all of us. I'd rather receive obscene phone calls than these calls from this mysterious, automated phone monster. Now, I long for the good old days when phone-creeps were actually real humans beings. If I ever could find this company I would burn their building down and end up in prison. I now know what "going postal" is truly means.

I've read every post about this caller. The voice that says "hello" is just a recording. It is no use trying to talk to him or yell at him. No real human is on the line. If you say anything, your voice (sometimes) activates the recorded sales pitch about the credit card they are trying to offer you. Half of the time the sales pitch recording doesn't even get activated and it seems like someone is calling just to say hello and stays on the line in silence.

If you do hear the sales pitch recording, you will never be able to talk to a live human being. They ask for your personal identity numbers. If you decide to apply for their credit card (thinking you will be able to get their phone number or address) you will be charged $139.00.

This company has figured out how to use loopholes and automation to bypass the 'do not call registery'.

There is no logic to the pattern of calls. You might think some live human is just calling to bother you. Or you will wonder why the caller is silent. Or you will wonder why they keep calling you back. You are just a potential buyer who is being contacted by an automated sales system. They will keep calling you until you sign up for their pre-paid credit card.

They are bunko, con-artists who will keep bothering you forever.

The police won't be able to help you. Your cell phone service will say they don't have the abilty to block the number. The Do Not Call Registery will not work against them. They have figured out how to bypass the system completely. You will go berserk from all these same calls coming from this number. Your phone provider will just tell you to change your phone number, and you will have to spend all your time having to contact friends and family about your new number. You will also have to have your checks re-printed by your bank. You will have to buy new business cards and stationary to list your new phone number. Eventually, this company will start calling your new phone number - because they buy phone numbers from someplace that you apparently do business with. They will eventually be calling you again and all your effort at getting a new number will have been wasted.

There is nothing that can be done about this caller. Don't bother playing games with them, blowing whistles into the phone, cussing or saying you will call the police or FBI, or FTC, FCC or the President. No one is listening. It is all just a robotic, automated, fraudulent system.

AT&T won't help block your calls. They advertise a 'call blocking feature' on their website, but say it probably won't work on your cell phone.

All-in-all, the crooks have won and beaten you and your phone provider and the DNC and FCC.

You will just have to look at your phone to screen out the numbers of all your incoming calls. If you sleep in the daytime (like I have to) it will be hard to focus your eyes everytime you get woken up. Still, this is what you will have to do. From now on, you will have to check every incoming phone number to see if it is someone you actually know or if it is this telemarketer.

You might have to see your doctor and get some traqulizers to deal with the frustration. You might need to go to Radio Shack and buy a (non-phone company)walkie-talkie with a 10 mile signal and give them to each member of your immediate family. You might have to give up cell phones altogether and start using public pay-phones, if you can find them anywhere. Be careful using outdoor payphones though, because low-life, crackheads will hit you up for money.

Being that the 'billion dollar cell-phone companies' say they don't have the technology to block these calls their is not much you can do.

As for me, I have given up on trying to get this matter solved. I've spent about 15 hours, this week, trying to solve this problem. It can't be solved. All you'll be able to do is post your frustrations on websites like this one. I think I am going to go buy an old-fashioned Beeper tomorrow, because some scam-artists have beaten me down and AT&T can't do a single thing to solve this problem for me. It's not my job to figure this problem out. They don't care. Neither does any other cell phone company. All those wizards can't even figure out how to block this caller from calling you. The government agancies (supposedly in charge) can't stop this caller either.

This caller has beaten the system and will beat you too, eventually.

Maybe I will end up paying the $139 to buy their credit card. That might be the only way to get them to stop calling me.

    Notifying Governor of New Jersey
I am sending 940 complaints (posted about this one number) to the Governor of New Jersey. There are 700 complaints listed on the website called whocalled.us

There are 200 complaints listed here.

We should all contact the New jersey Governor and the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office. This is outrageous. Their number is 201-646-2300.

I am also going to call back and talk to the Little Ferry Police on Monday morning (like the dispatcher advised). Their number is 201-641-2770.

Someone has to address this problem. I've read all these complaints. One lady has a son who is fighting in Iraq. She saw the phone number on her phone and worried that something bad happened to her soldier son.

This is a serious matter. And I am not going to let sothis company keep getting away with this.

I think we should all contact the State of New Jersey...because the DNC can't stop this company...since it isn't an 800#, etc.
