Called me three times today  Always dead air

Called me 3 times today and hanged up on me.No message no nothing by this S.O.B.!

Not even a valid phone number. Phone numbers don't start with zero.

This caller continues to call even after multiple times of telling them not to call anymore

They keep calling and hang up when I answer. they call 4-5 times a day even on weekends. I get a busy signal when I try to call them back

Calls several times per day. I tried to block the number but couldn't because 0 as a fourth digit is not valid. Very annoying.

Constantly calling. No messages left. Annoying!!!

Where do you find the to robo call blocker if I may ask? Thanks!

I am being harassed by the folks at this number. They have called me every day for over a week to "survey" me. I started asking them a week ago to remove my name and number from their list but I have received a call every night for a week. Each night, I repeat that I want my name removed from their list and to NEVER call me again. Tonight I had to threaten legal action to make this stop. I will flip out if they call me tomorrow. Tried to call them back and I got a rapid busy signal. There needs to be a way to end these harassing phone calls.

Calls on a daily basis, multiple times . Blocked the whole 202 area code after the first time. There is NO  phone prefix beginning with zero or one! SCAM!!!!

Calls three & four times a day.  When answered dead air and then dial tone or busy signal!!!  Does not let me block the number through my phone carrier.

My carrier AT&T U-verse only allows me to block 20 numbers. This filled up in about a month. I invested in a Panasonic phone which allows me to block , single, whole area codes and unknown numbers (250 total). The best investment ever!!

What type of survey is it? Just curious.

Considering the phone number is obviosuly spoofed you can be sure it's not a real survey, just someone trying to scam you. NO phone number or area code in the US or Canada begins with a 0 or a 1. If you ever see a number like that don't answer & block it if you can.

This number has called my landline three times today. I let it go to vm but no message was left. I do not pick up calls labeled Name Not Found.

Called just a few minutes ago; let it go to the machine, no message left. I wonder if it's connected to the two *other* name  unavailable calls we've gotten in the last 2 hours. (12663 at 11:18AM and 014-208-2663 at 10:39AM.) I'll cross-report in case anyone else is seeing a similar pattern.

Where do you get a Robo Blocker?

There is a free call blocking service that is not available on every phone system.  The filter prevents me from posting it or the thread link here.  Think No    More     Robot.  Put a play on those words and you will find it.  As an alternative

You need to buy a standalone call blocker, call blocking phone, use your carrier’s call blocker if they offer one, or download a free call blocking app for smart phones.  For conventional cell phones, assign the number a letter like “z” and make no ring.  You may also need to have your carrier increase the ring time to avoid having them leave a message on your voice mail.

Have received a lot of calls from 202 area code.  At first I answered and they are claiming to be with IRS.  I know it is a scam call because they don't ask for my full name and they are calling from a cell phone.  IRS has land lines.  They are trying to get your social security number.  I have them blocked now.
