Called me at 12:30 p.m. on a Sunday, I did not pick up and they did not leave a message.  Washington D.C. area code; I don't know anyone in DC so I have blocked the number.

This number has been calling several times a day for the past week. The caller ID displays "Dist of Columbia 202-062-3215

Have been receiving calls from this number about every 15 min today and last night. I do not answer if I do not recognize a number, figuring if it is important, they will leave a message. Phone rings 5 times,  but no message is ever left. Please make it stop. Thanks.

Also calls from 646 612 3456 and several other unrecognizable numbers.

Been getting calls from this number several times a day over the past few weeks.  It gets blocked after 1ring, but it's still such an annoyance!

This number has called us incessantly day after day.  I tried to block, but our phone company says it isn't a real #, so I cannot block it.  Tonight I answered and the person WITH AN AMERICAN ACCENT said she was from Matthews Survey.  I immediately told her to remove our number.  She seemed put off.  HA!  Seriously?  When I try to call the #, it is just a fast busy signal.

This phone # 1-202-062-3215 calls my home number several times a day. When I answer ,no one is there. I tried calling the phone 3 back and was told the number does not exist.

I receive phone calls from Phone # 1-202-062-3215 three times a day The ID listed is same as the phone #. No one answers when I say hello. When I try calling it back, I am told the number does not exist.

The number is spoofed (a fake #)-central office exchanges and area codes cannot start with a 0 or 1. Just do not answer callers you do not recognize and never call  them back. Get a call blocker and use it.

Get a Panasonic phone with call block-it can block any #.

I've recv'd 31 calls from them in 3 days. +Tonight so far, they are calling every 6 minutes on the dot. Never leaves a message. This is just harassment. Should be able to sue over this. But hey, I guess everyone has to get their jollies somehow. Whatever.

This number called last night about 9pm, then today starting around 3:15pm CST they called back 3 more times every 45 minutes and I havent answered it at all. I did add  them on my blocked call list but the single ring gets damn annoying. Tried calling the number back to no doubt, This number is a non working number please hang up caller ID says DIST OF COLUMBIA

Was getting the same thing up to about 20 minutes ago. 5 or 6 calls every six minutes.  Can't block via Time Warner due to the 4th digit being a zero. :-\

See if Time Warner will block all exhange numbers (prefix numbers) that begin with 0 or 1, as there are no area codes anywhere in the US or Canada that have such exchanges.

add me to the list. once/day last couple of days. No message. Number blocked. You would think carriers would not allow spoofed callerID these days but that would be like good customer service so don't expect it....

Show  they left a message and when to check it. All I hear was click. If it is a survey on Politdicks. I am not interested. Plus, if they ask who I am voting for. It is none of their business.

This company is a scam. The message said: "We have a message from a state collection service. This is a call from a debt collector. Please call 855-714-4309."  I do not have any outstanding bills. The number came up on caller ID as 202-062-3215

Called twice, today. The first time, just a ring off. The second time, a female said it is Mathews Research, and asked for "Jennifer." I told her, "No 'Jennifer,' here." She said something about getting the wrong number. I asked her, politely, to remove my number from their list. She said she would, and rang off.

This is the 54th time someone has called for 'Jennifer' at my number with some idiocy about a survey. Will they keep calling? Wait, and see, I suppose.

There is at least one, and probably a lot more, huge "scam center" in India that makes thousands of calls a day using every scam approach in the book: "The Windows Support Team", "Free Vacations", "Debt Collection", "Free Medical Equipment", etc., etc., ad nauseum.  Even if you have the ability to block the Country Code for India, which is 91, it won't help much as it is hardly ever included in their spoofed numbers.

They have called me twice today. I hit talk button, then off button.  Their are times when someone may be sleeping when these calls come in.
