- kimSomeone has called me off this number 4 times today with in an hour. When I call back they say it's an at&t toll free number? Don't know if it's true or not

- Colton Fairchild| 1 replythese people just called me 6 times in a roll I don't know who they are what they want but they need to stop
- Shannon wilson| 1 replyDear Sir or madam, I have been getting solicited calls from an area code number of (202) -222-2222. I know I have had similar calls with (202) area code. The people say they are from student loans or from financial aide and they would help me with giving me a grant of a loan I wouldn't have to pay back. I don't believe them and everytime the person(s) try to retrieve obtaining and receiving information I hang up. Please stop these calls.Thank you.
- mags replies to Shannon wilsonNot sure who you're attempting to reach with your post, but this site won't stop any calls you are getting. And I think you mean "unsolicited" - solicited means you requested them.
Report to the FCC (probably won't help, but you never know - if enough people report them, it might) - Peggy202-222-2222 Called me today and hung up after a couple of rings. When I answered the line was dead. ad. I guess "it" was doing a search for anyone who will answer. I hope my delayed reaction has saved me from future calls. I know I should not answer, but it's so tempting when I think it might be about a job. Now I am convinced that if I answer these weird repeating digit, unknown numbers they will keep calling me back. Luckily, my cell phone's "ignore" button works.
- TimKeep getting calls. I won't answer it. I called back and it said AT&T assistance.

- unknownI am really getting tired of all these calls I get...They said my last name then you ask them what it is about they hang up on me. I went on National Call Resgistry and put both numbers that I have it just seem to help. This is getting so out of hand feel like changing my number.
- DanielleI have been getting the same calls from this number and a few others. Have any of you by any chance been playing any GAMES that give you free coins/points/ect... If you watch a video or get a free quote...blah blah
Anyway, I'm thinking mine started right after I received free coins on COIN DOZER for a list of jobs in my area, it asked if I wanted to school...I checked NO, but started getting phone calls for schooling and loans. I don't know how they got my phone #.
Have any of you done this with a game as well or is it a coincidence????- Caller: Don't know

- Tamianth replies to junemariejunemarie, call your phone service provider and have them block the calls and file a complaint with them on this number for harassment. Then do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
Google your name and phone number also, any place that shows up such as Spokeo, make them remove it. Seriously, there are a lot of places that show up online with your info. As a rule though, these creeps use dialers or computers and just plumb numbers in and those machines do not recognize unlisted numbers. There's also these articles you should read.

Told me I could use it anyway I wanted to. questioned he asked was "are you a US Citizen?, are you between the ages of __ and __" (I can't remember the numbers), finally I hung up.
- Caller: from DC, USA
- JAWNI told the man he had the Wong number to stop calling. He told me to [***] OFF. Now if this was a reputable company he would have been fired. He should be.
- JAWN202-222-2222. I called it back it said it was directory assistance powered by AT&T. If I was AT&T I would be upset that someone was using my company's name and acting like that.

- MaryI have just recently started receiving calls from this 202-222-2222 number. I ignored it the first couple of times, but today I answered and listened for a few seconds. I could hear the caller breathing and moving around on the phone, but they never said anything. I said hello again and still no response. So, I politely told them "God bless and have a blessed day. The next time they call. I'm going to start praying with them. I'm sure that will do it!
- girlsickandtiredofthesescammingcallsI ACCIDENTLY put my real phone number in this questionaire the other week and they just sell your number to these scammers over and over. I am so sick of it. Thank goodness I have a phone now that I can block calls on. Also, I have talked soooo nasty to some of these people hoping to piss them off as much as they piss me off. You can tell them not to call back all you want, it does no good. The last one I tried to tell not to call my number again (no I have not had a bladder sling or some sort of mesh surgery!) and I said if you call me again, I will report you to my government for harrassment....He tells me...I am your government....I told him he was a damned liar....he says...I dont tink so.....I laughed and mocked him for his sorry english and he hung up on me. Our gov't needs to do something about these sorry scam artists. But then trying to get the gov't to do anything is like pulling your own teeth!
