I just got a call from this number, and the person was telling me I won a US Government grant and that she needed my information (address & bank acct) to get it started and when I refused, she got VERY angry and started cussing at me and I said 'just so you know, you're being recorded and I will be turning this over to the FBI'. She hung up REAL quick. This is a scam obviously. Just be careful though! Pass this along to others!

Repetetive phone calls.

repetitive rotary robotic calls that are at least three times a day. Do not answer and they still call. Cannot block them on a cell phone.

Got a call from them on Monday, no message. Blocking this number.

I got a call from this number a lil while ago she told me d same thing about my name being randomly selected by d government for $10,200 for paying my bills on time and because i didn't have a criminal background I gave her an old card number that i don't use any more & it have a zero balance on it! Im glad Im smart to know a scheme wen i see or hear one. So people please don't fall for anything like this.

I have been recieving calls from this number all day, when I finally answered and I was given the scheme about the grant I had just been selected for. The lady on the other end stated she was from Washington D. C., she told me my address and phone number and that I had been selected however she did not know my name. WHat a joke, the government is not going to give something away without knowing the recievers name in advance. The lady became angry when I asked for verification by mail or at least a website that I could verify it through. Beware....

I received the same call today! I just recently had my credit cards stolen  and believe that they are some of the same people involved.

Same call 2 days ago.  I never answer #'s I don't recognize but for some reason I picked that one up.  Wow, $10,200?!?!?  The guy had a foreign accent and told me I'd been chosen for a government grant that I would never have to pay back & told me the same as Tbone, I couldn't use the money for drugs or alcohol!!  When he told me he needed a credit card with a zero balance or bank account number, they couldn't send a check, I told him I wasn't comfortable giving out that information.  He repeated his request and I told him the same thing.  Amazingly, the phone went dead.....scary how many people would give out that information.  There's a special place in hell for these scammers!!

Thank you every one, this number called me too but I was aware about this call I was not sure it will happen because this number called once my friend. And today this number called me too and asking me for my personal information. I did not give them anything because I was aware and then I check here and I read this now I know this is not onlye me that they call they call to every one please to those who are new in USA do not give your personal information to this number it is scam.

They said he was giving us s grant for 10,200 today about 10 minutes ago SCAM

they keep calling asking me for all type of info saying its 10,000 dollar no pay back is it a scam

some lady called and asked for me and has been calling for several days.  My wife told her I was not interested in grant money and she got mad and hung up.  At one point she asked my wife if I was interested or not. When I called the number back, it rang several times and then hung up.

202-697-9205 has called me 10x today asking for Marta and I am not her!! SCAM and they keep calling from different numbers. All foreign hispanic accents!

He told me that I can receive my grant money in 45 minutes . That [***]!!!

I received a call asking for me by my nick name. I ask who was calling and if I could take a message. The girl with a heavy, non professional  accent said she was calling from the U.S. Treasury Dept. in Washington D.C. I said no you're not. They never make phone calls; delete my phone # and don't call back. She got very loud, repeating herself as I was saying "stop harassing me." I told her to quit calling me and called her witch with a capital B, as she repeated herself louder and slower.

They call me 2-3 times daily. Either they don't answer when I say hello or they ask for me then hang-up.
