my question is....how do they get ppls phone numbers!!!! Same thing  happnd to me...called back; # was out of service.

it happen to me to i live in C.A.

I do speak fluent spanish, these calls come from a company in DC, they are offering enlgish courses to help people learn in order for those who dont speak english learn and be part of the american dream. There is not much about it, at least some people are trying to do something decent by helping others to learn. others unfortunately waste time writting stupid comments here. GOD BLESS AMERICA and the MEXICANS.

OMFG!  This chica called me yesterday at 9:19 AM.  I'm with T-Mobile prepaid and I'm in Southern California.  I didn't pick up.  Didn't leave a message.  Me no gusto!  Ay yai yai!!!!

I got a call a bit ago. Same story. I didn't answer, they left no message, I googled the number, and turns out I'm not the only one. Time for another blocked number!

Indiana here, just received a phone call same 202-827-9981. I use VIRGIN mobile network(uses Sprints bandwidth if i recall???) . no message, didn't answer. Cute.

Just receive a call from this # with a message in Spanish.

on my caller ID Says District of Columbia  for this number 202-827-9981. was a missed call

Stop calling this number, I'll report you to the FCC.

Its nothing to do with Obama. Its a scam lottery. They are speaking Spanish and they don't mention the president. They are trying to get money out of you. Block it if you can.

Got a call today at 10 am ish.  It went to voice mail.  No message left, just dead air??? I am in So Cal.

It's Obama

I have Verizon for cell and Comcast for home. I have got the same phone call on both of my cell phones and my home phone. I just filed a complaint with the donotcall.gov If everyone here did that, then they might look into it. And yes, it was in spanish as well.

Just got a call. I didn't answer as I did not recognize the number. It only rang for about 3x before the other party hung up
