I got a call from this number no message no clue who it could be.

They called me this morning. I didn't answer and they left no message. When i called back it said the number you have reached has been disconnected...

Got a call from this number, didn't answer but they actually left a message. It was some woman screaming stuff in spanish. Definitely spam/telemarketing.

Im in TN but my line is from Naples FL. Im on verizon. Of course I dialed the number back and no answer and the line is not in service.  I received the call around 3:30 pm 1/2/12.

call came in to Dallas @ 4pm cst.

Got a call from this number on my cellphone at 20:48. It only rang 3 times. And good thing cause i tried to answer thinking maybe a friend.  Now i am more careful to check the caller id before answering.

got a call from that same number yesterday. I missed the call but there was a voicemail that was just static.I have a T-mobile prepaid so it's hard to tell if I was charged for the call. I would have had to know the ending balance of the previous call in order to calculate that and only current balance can be pulled up. If anyone knows how to do that please tell me.

Ahah just received it and i'm in Canada, looks like trying you guys didn't work so they are travelling north.

This number has called me 3 times, since I switched to Verizon last month. I switched from T-Mobile and the announcement (in Spanish) includes the melody from T-Mobile. I'm sure it's a hack and not really from T-Mobile.

Probably best to block the number. This link tells how to block numbers if you  use Verizon Wireless. http://www.thisllwork.com/2011/02/how-block-calls-on-verizon-wireless.html. Other services probably have the same thing.

I live in San Juan, Puerto Rico and on January 3, 2012 about 1:29 P.M. I got a call from this number (1-202-827-9981) since when I stay at home I hardly ever carry my phone with me, I usually leave it in a drawer in the bedroom, so I missed the call. When I called back to that numbers since I have friends in D.C. area I recognized the area code soon, I just received a message that this number has been disconnected and no further information was available. I encourage the authorities with inherence in this matter to investigate that call origin and the intention of those people behind it so it sounds to me like some kind of fraud originate in the continental USA and its territories since they even try to cheat people from palces like Puerto Rico. Thanks for your attention to this matter!

Got a call from this number this morning. I am releaved that its a scam...i was worried I missed a call from my deployed husband..(it usually connects through new york, d.c., or maryland when he calls). Whatever..hope no one gets screwed with this scam.

Same thing got the call this morning after my ex disconnnected his phone number last night.  He lives in Toronto and I in Cali.  VERY strange indeed since I believe he was involved in many scams against women.

I just got a call from this number..its a  recording of a spanish speaking woman I think it is a hack and is intended to harass those who's number it calls...and I am not a t-mobile customer and I live near st.louis....so sad to see somebodys only pursuit in life is a waste of time...

The number is a fake masked number. The number of 202-827-9981 is not a working number so the real caller is masked and could be calling from anywhere globally using the Internet.

The number called and I did not answer. No message left. Beware..
