Just got the call 2 Minutes ago, I live in IL. For a heads up to anyone out there.

Before you say they are so great think about this. They are cold calling people all over the country. I  speak a whole lot of Spanish too my friend. I grew up in Miami, and live in Austin. The truth is they are charging for those ESL classes, and they may not work. In Miami we had free ESL classes as well as Spanish, and French at the community centers. Thats the way it should be done. They have no right to cold call people that are on the national do not call list like I am, legally they can be fined 25,000 for calling me! What are they calling English speakers to sell them ESL? Really why care about them they do not care who they harass. Don't even think about putting race in the mix. Who ever made the decision to cold call who ever was both greedy and stupid!

I got a call from this number at 12:47, and I'm in Nebraska. I didn't pick up, and they didn't leave a message. Glad that I didn't bother.

I subscribed to zedge ringtones the other day and ever since ive been getting calls from not just this number but others outside my state.

Call received at 6PM EST in the South.

They called, I didn't pick up, it must be a scam.

Called me in Albuquerque today from 202-827-9981 ....

I only answer calls from my local area and from my authorized contact list and all others
are rejected automatically to voicemail.    

Didn't leave a message but checked out the info from the call log and from the look of things
reading here, good thing it got trapped.

i live in Puerto Rico  and just got a call from the same number i didnt answer it when i called it back it said that it was disconnected

I am in Michigan and received a call from this number. I answered because i thought it was someone else, the caller spoke in Spanish and I hung up. I tried to call back, no answer.

I don't know this number,and they call me all the time,I want to stop this calls.

I answered my business phone to this number...it was a Spanish Recording which I don't speak so had no understanding of what it was saying....I hung up and looked it up to see several others have been plagued with this caller.....

I call them back but nobody picks up the phone.
Please help me to stop the phone bandits !

Just got a call front that number. I called back and its disconnected.

I live in Ca. , have T-Mobile and got a call from the number...called back it is a non working number.

Today was the first time I recieved a call from that number.  I have been getting other calls from area codes 423 & 424 almost on a daily basis.  This all started when, like an idiot, I accepted to purchase freaking magazines. I tried to cancel but the [***] where trying to charge me over $300 just so they can stop sending me the magazines. Unfortunately for them, after they charged my card for maybe $8, I had to cancel my bank account because I had unsufficient funds. BEWARE OF PEOPLE TRYING TO SELL YOU MAGAZINES OVER THE PHONE. It's all FRAUD.

Spanish scammers.  Don't answer it or just block it.

Maybe it's the prepaid phone company paying people to sit around and call people to use up their prepaid minutes. Just think they could hire different races to call the other races so you wouldn't know what they're saying but you still get charged for the minute. Let's build a machine that does the calling then we wouldn't need to pay the people........................................ NAW! We could just block the call. Oh Well!

they called me and im in canton, georgia.. they left a message but it was just silent!! when i called it back it said it was disconnected......... o.o

I got it this morning.  I accidentally hit the answer button and just let it sit.  I didn't say anything but let it just sit there for a while.  I love to tie up the line.  I am on Metro PCS.  
They don't need your real number to dial you.  They just use an auto dialer.  It goes through every number combination and in a matter of seconds probably they have a live phone number.
