Computer generated voice told me that I had a criminal case against me LOL

What's funny about this is when I first googled it, it seems that we al have the same case number :)

Same here - IRS is placing criminal charges against me!  HaHaHaHaHa - yeah, because that would be the best way to get anyone to cooperate - call them on the phone BEFORE they send the police to your house - HaHaHa  - Block the number, and alert local law enforcement of the number.

Just got this call. Claiming they were an officer and I had a criminal case against me from the IRS. Figured it was a total scam.

Just got a call..Said they were the IRS.. A cop would be coming to my house to arrest me..I told him that the IRS does not call you.. Also on a Saturday..Just to let anyone that gets a call like this it is a scam.. I received a call like this from a different number a few months ago so i called the 1800 number for the IRS and they told me they never call it would be by mail...That if anyone calls it is a scam and to report it to the IRS

I got a call from officer Daniel WIseman at 12028516844 when I heard there was a case with the IRS against me supposily I called the number but they hung up on me and would not speak to me

Actually no you didn't-the IRS does NOT call-they send CERTIFIED letters with return receipt via the Postal Service

Received call from Officer Daniel Wiseman about criminal lawsuit filed against me. Advised me to have myself or my attorney call him or the only thing he can do is wish me a good luck as the situation.....unfolds on me.
I will be calling the IRS myself!!

Got the same call that the IRS has a lawsuit filed against me and to call Daniel Wiseman right away. If I ignored the call he can only wish me well as the situation unfolds on me. I got news for them come get me I'm waiting and I'm broke so good luck with that. Major amateur scam artist with computer generated voice. I blocked the number, had a good laugh and went on with my life. People have nothing better to do with their time but to think up BS scams. Try putting that kind of effort into a legitimate job and do something productive with your life instead of trying scare tactics on gullible people that actually fall for this garbage.. Tisk tisk.............

I just got the same message from Daniel Wiseman claiming to be from ISR and a criminal law suit had been filed against me. lol. It's a scam of some kind. I called back and some guy from India answered and ended up hanging up on me when I called him out! lol.

Same message about an hour ago.
Name of caller was Daniel Wiseman generated call.
Saying if I didn't return his call to his direct number which is the same as everyone's call.
If I didn't call back me or my attorney the only thing he can do is wish me luck.
Never called them back googled the number just a few minutes ago and it brought me to this site.
Glad I didn't waist my breath calling them back .
Don't fall for this scam !
I got a certified letter a week ago but, never signed or picked it up.
Just a note from post office so, even if you get a certified letter don't fall for it, just another way to scare a person in believing them.
Can't believe the guy who sent them a gift card number over the phone for 500.00 ?
Why would you do that ?
They took 500.00 because that's the highest amount on a paid gift card that you can buy easily at the store.

Same call when calling back got nothing it kept hanging up believe you me if it is the irs..... Wants there money the be at your home or business  getting it back.... Then you go the prison won't be no silly jail ...Stupid stupid people %%%%%%give it up and i pray no one sends them one cent .....

Some lady called my husbands phone claiming to be from the IRS and that he owed $3500 and if he didnt pay that he was going to get arrested !! Then we tried calling back and the number didnt exsist !!! WATCH OUT FOR THIS NUMBER 202-851-6844 ITS A SPAM THERE TRYING TO EMPTY OUT PEOPLES ACCOUNT !!
