Yea ,they called me a month ago and was sayin my wife  had a suit against her  I had to laugh god rest her soul ,for she had passed away three yrs ago
.just to day they called again this time for me . I had to laugh again , for I am on disability and I have no taxable income. I think they need to research what who they're calling before they start calling and saying people owe money not a bright crowd at all........oh and another scam number to look out for is 646-5822989 they call and tell you the government is giving away free money grants that you don't have to pay back at all and they want you to give them your credit card number your bank account number or a debit card number or even a prepaid debit card number and they usually end up calling about 8 times a day so please be aware of that number 2 and they all don't speak English

This is detective Daniel Wiseman, court docket # CF 93271, you are being sued for a criminal case and a judgement is filed against you. You must call me back immediately after getting this message. If I do not hear from you or your lawyer, I will proceed with the criminal charges. After criminal charges are filed, it's out of my hands and your demise is uncertain. I called the number back, it is not in service. My wife received a similar call on her cell phone, but a different 202 number.

Got the call from the same person said he was calling from IRS.

Scam call trying to use scare tactics to get money from folks.

I just got one to day from this same number. Its a scam trying to get money. Claiming to be I.R.S.

Yeah I got a call from this number 202-851-6844 claiming to be from the IRS saying that a case had been filed for taxes owed, but I do not owe IRS anything.I Figured it was a scam.

Said I owed back taxes. They keep calling

Got this voice mail message on my Google voice account.

Transcript reads: "This is officer Daniel Wiseman calling you from the legal department of internal revenue services. This is in reference to a criminal law suit file against you your case number is CS 93271 the most receive this message. I need you to return the call the issue at hand is extremely time sensitive the hotline to my desk is 202-551-6844. I repeat it 202-251-6844 disregard this message do return the call now if you don't return the call, and I don't hear from your attorney either the only thing I can do is wish you a good luck as the situation unfolds on you. Goodbye."

First of all, The IRS will not contact, via telephone, and leave you threatening voice mails.
This was a robotic voice. Big red flag.  This call was showing a Washington DC#. Got an identical message with someone with a foreign accent back in September (2015) showing a Florida#.  Also workers for the IRS in this capacity would identify themselves as "Agent" not "officer."

Please don't fall for these idiots' bullsh!t. You are not in trouble.  No one is coming for you.  Do not waste your money and time calling a lawyer.  These are idle threats from someone sitting in a third world country whose whole economy is based on deception.  This is 100% scam.

The caller (telemarketer) hung up on me

I received a call from this number today. I never answer calls unless I know the Number so this Daniel wiseman officer at the legal department at the irs left me a message about my criminal lawsuit. Saying if he didn't hear from me or my attorney that he wishes me good luck while all this unfolds.. I reported it on the irs website. People are so sick!

I received a voicemail from a man who called himself an officer. If I don't call him back I will be in serious trouble. I could barely understand the muffled voice. I called the number but could not get thru. Very stressful.

Thank you, I thought this was a scam. Idiots sjould be caught and sent to jail.

Unfortunately this is an overseas scam and that makes impossible to take action unless the country of origin is wiling to get involved.

Strong accent female said my full name then told me IRS file lawsuit against my name. I asked her name and phone number she refused and hung up on me.

They called saying I owe money to IRS I owe nothing and they said they would have me arrested with in 2 hrs they should b arrested and sent back to what ever country they r from
