got same call even in Canada

I received a call from this number stating I had a criminal lawsuit and wished me luck if I didn't respond.  Funny thing is they called a business with 46 employees so good luck to them. haha

I had the same thing just now.  In the past when I have answered this call, it has been an foreigner telling me that there are signals coming from my computer.  I tell them not to call me again but they do anyway.

They wanted me to return call or my lawyer..if I choose not to they wished me good luck...

what is the CWG40?  Getting these calls,,,help!!! How can I make this stop?

This call come from a psychopathic con artist. They have no scruples.

I received the same message on my phone this morning. I am Canadian and phoned the local RCMP who had no knowledge of the scam. Do not know what they would have to benefit from such a call. I had the police call the number and they reported back that it was no longer in service.

i got a call saying there was a criminal case against "Raquel Scott".  i am not her nor have i ever heard of her.  they game a case # (ch76295).  This message was in my voice mail, & yes i am on the do not call list.
  ps my husband also got a call on his cell.

Received a call from (646) 755-3948 re: criminal lawsuit filed against me. Case No. CA76295. It is a confirmed scam.

Just got the call from the "IRS" asking that I call them immediately.   I had gotten a similar call last month.  I did call back just to play with them a bit.   Gave them a totally wrong name and phone number and they fell for it.   Don't feel like playing this time.   I wish there was "scammer"  amongst all the choice this site gives us.

This number has called me 13 times today. Stop calling

It’s a scam. They called me today with the same thing, once last year too. Download Mr. Number, it’s a good app. It tells you. And we can type our own reports. Looks like several have reported this number for today alone.

I got the call this morning and I knew it was a scam as my mom had got the call the week before so let them do their routine. I said ok well my husband is a FBI agent and my son works for CIA they hung up and then blocked my number. Get a job lazy scammers.
