got called today, just googled it and found this page.  Now I know, at least.  Wheatley, Ontario.  2nd time it has called me.

i receive a call from this number every second day, it is always in french, and says its a grant company from ottawa, i am so tired of hearing this recording. I live in montreal and what the hell would ottawa want to give me money lol. Anyways it annoying and i can't get rid of it.

I also just recieved a call from that number.. I answered and there was a loud echo of my hello ...so I hung up...weird and creepy...I'm from Montreal, Qc...

Just got called by this #.  I'm in North Bay, Ontario.  Picked up, said hi and it was nothing but dead air.

Just got a call from the number 203-372-4819--didn't pick it up--and it rang twice. I'm in Alberta--and have no use for what they are 'trying to sell'. Its annoying!

These morons have called me several times. could be a marketing firm checking on who answers where and when.

Just got a call from 203-372-4819.  

It's a telemarketer, though there is a delay between the time you pick up the call and the time the automated message appears.

I called the 613 number (see previous postings) and was given the option to opt out.  Since the call comes in regularly, i'll wait and see if the opt-out is bogus or not.

I've received this call twice in the last week. I live in Montreal, Quebec.

I'm from Montreal too. Just received a call from them thi morning. I said hello 3 x's all they did was listen and then I hung up. Glad to find this forum.

The message recorded is in French.  Hope you translate, because it's very annoying.  I'm getting this message maybe once a month and more always from the same person.  Here it is :

Hi, I get many calls from this number and they leave a message saying that it's a program of investment by the government to help us if we want to form a company but how many times do they call, probably 50 times so far. I'm from Montreal Quebec.  The man's name is Denis St. Jacques.

they have called here twice, thankfully i have VOIP now which comes with free call display, called this morning (9:16am) and July 15th (6:20pm) didn't answer either calls.

There must be a number that is piggybacking off of this number and using it as it's own so it might not be a church calling but a unscrupulous telemarketing firm......answer these calls at your own risk!

My parents received a call from this number 203-372-4819 and my father called this number to find out what company from the United States would be calling and after dialing this number he got a recording saying to verify the number that his has dial. So my father called our telephone company and asked how could he receive a call from this number and that he can not call back so he the company to please verify but the telephone company check on the website this number and found your website and asking to report this so I am report this to you that they have received a called today July 23rd 2008 around noon. Just dead air

I just received a call from this number (203)372-4819 at 8:50 pm and I am located in Peterborough, Ontario, I am sick of these callers that never reply when  you anwser it is just dead air. I wish we had a place to report these numbers in canada so that they can stop a few of them.
