203-923-4781 has called several times to my cell phone

I got a call from 202-92304781. They told me that I qualified for a grant of 9,000 dollars. I told them I wanted cash, they asked me for my mailing address. I gave them a fake one of course, knowing it was some kind of scam. They then asked me if there was a Western Union or Moneygram in my area, but I told them no. Then they hung up.

Didn't answer call.  Typical of the type of nascent calls I have received in the past.  Some have been telemarketers.  Tried to call them - unavailable.

I got the same message from CT USA that I was selected to receive $9,000 for a grant from the gov't, but I told him to stop calling me again and hang up.  Is there any way to stop or report this call?

The government does not contact people to offer them money. If you do qualify for a government grant, the government does not request payment for it.

I received a call claiming that I had won a $9,000 grant from the US government, but hung-up real fast when I mentioned 'law enforcement'. . .

Caller stated name as James.
Offered $9000.00 grant from US Government.
I told caller "US Gov't has NO SUCH PROGRAM and  number would be reported to authorities.
"James" said nothing more and disconnected call.

Some moron with a thick accent has called my number several times stating that I qualify for a government grant. He attempted to verify my location but when he realized what he had on file didn't match, he hung up. The call was from 203-923-4781. I'm certain its a scam but I won't be a victim.

Anytime I hear a [***] voice I hang up. I hope he burns in hell with a ham shoved up his sorry a$$

this guys was singing a song totally weird...

Called my phone, left no message...when I called back an automated message said that the person was not available.

This number has started calling me today and i am on the do not call registry. They didn't leave a message but trust me when I get people on the phone like this they regret they ever called me!

I had someone call me a few months ago from a similar number asking to speak to someone who i could not understand and i said no one lives here by that name and they hung up.

Some guy named David with an East Indian accent called me from that number and cursed me out after I asked who he was and what he wanted.

Just got a call from this number in broken English. Sounded African by the way the pronunciation was executed. The man said he was from the U.S. government. I told him to send me a registered letter and get off my phone. Don't fall for these scumbags. I wish I could really say how I feel LOL.

hahah yes I rec the EXACT same call today as well. These people are using our government to try to Scam people! Why would I give them Money to get Money!!! The Government should punish them! Is there not someone to call in the Government to report that these people are using them to scam the American people??? Furthermore our country is in SO much debt..........Why would they just give us $$$$$$$$$$$? The "Supervisor" told me that the call is being recorded so they should have proof that they are lying and using the government

There has to be some form of punishment by our gov. that these people should endure......... In there country im sure thef if a crime & a scam IS thef............Wish there was a number to report them to so they do not take advantage of someones Grandmother or Grandfather. hahahah would love to see them arrested by our Nation Gov for mis representing there name

Also received this call so did not answer. Remember the rule do not answer when it is a number that you do not recognize.

This number keeps calling and either hangs up or asks specifically for Jo-Ann I want it to stop.

Same call as above from rude woman who could not speak English. When I asked her question concerning grant, she got very irritated & hung up. I tried to call number back & received recording that the person I was trying to reach was not available...these people need to get a life & be put in jail for what there doing..cowards!

got a call today from this number and they just held the phone without saying anything.
