THEY NEED TO BE PROSECUTED TO THE MAX, i GET CALLS ALL THE TIME FROM TEL MARKETERS AND ALL DO NOT SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH. I am suppose to be on the block tele marketers calls it does not work, are these illegals in america today?

I got a call from the same number today . A man with an eastern indian (or middle eastern) accent called saying he was from the U.S. government and had a grant for $9000.00 that I would not have to pay back. So I told him that I used to work for the U.S. government and asked him what specific branch he worked for. He immediately hung up the rude, scamming [***]. I did report the number to the FCC do-not-call registry.

I got a call from this number and many other numbers. I told the man with an Indian accent he had the wrong number. He called back 13 times in one day. The last call I got very angry and told him he had the wrong f*cking number. He had the nerve to say I had a sweet voice. I told him to f*ck himself.

It's a scam to get personal info and have you send money via western union

They called me today this is crazy I googled the number just to see if it was a scam! It sounded to good to be true!! It was a number from ct! A cell phone were do people come up with this stuff anything for a dollar!!

Hi I received a call from the same people yesterday and today saying I have to pay 280$ in order to receive my grant of 9,000 through western Union I'm smart enough to know it's a scam. There has to be something we can do to stop them they really need to be put in person. How bad things are nowadays it would set a person way back to be robbed out of that money.

Received this call.  Dude said his mane was Ryan Addis butcould barely promounce it.  When I stopped him short and told him I was on do not call list he said he'd call be back every  hour and every day.  We'll see.....

I just got a call from this number.  I couldn't understand the guy that well, maybe it was the same Middle Eastern guy calling.  I didn't even catch his name.  He said I was chosen or something for a $9,000 grant from the government. I said no thanks for it and he was like 'why?'  I questioned the 'free money?'  Then he started saying who knows what.  He sounded like he was upset though.  I just hung up.  And he called my cell phone.

Just got a call from them.  He barley spoke English.  Really dude....You really work for the us government.  ugh  I told him I was going to hunt him down.  He got scared and hung up.

As people have stated before, it's a scam to have you wire them money. They use a program called Ameyo which allows them to be be untraceable and use many different numbers and avoid the "do not call" list. Check out the tool they use at www.ameyo.com. The person is most likely based in India and the ameyo company is also foreign so they're not gonna get caught.

I received a call from this number also... BUT... I solved this problem a long time ago... I found a Fax Machine Wav, a recorded Fax Machine Screaming noise and recorded it on my Voice Mail... People I "like" don't hear it, because I answer the Phone... An unrecognized number gets the Fax Machine Scream... If an Automated Computer calls, it never calls back... Long story short, I only get one call from "UNKNOWN" numbers, they never call back... instead of 10 to 20 calls a day, I might get 1 a week???

I got a call from a Christine from this number, the call sounded like it was made outdoors. She asked me to donate $280.00 for a $9000 loan, I laughed and told her she's a fool to think I could be had so easily. She cursed and ended the call.
I've received a dozen of calls from numbers like this, most likely from putting my number on job posting websites. Don't fall for this scam.

Just received a call from this number by a woman who sounded like a tweaker. Could barely understand what she was saying as it sounded as if she were calling from a stadium parking lot. Something about a loan. Made no sense so I hung up on her. Bizarre.

What do you do about this guy who keeps calling?

Didn't answer the first 3 times they called, then they tried again from the 203-923-4781 number. I answered and broken english on the other line. Then I just used my air horn and heard her yell and swear me out. They are now being reported on the Grant Fraud website, as well as on my blocked caller list.

And I'm on the Do Not Call list. What's the point of having that list if I keep getting these type of calls.

Wow cause thats my name and they call me every day saying I won nine thousand dollars into send them $250 and  every time they call I say their b******* so stop calling and  yesterday they called and said that they were my ex boyfriend Alex and hung up on me lol and and for their information I've never had a boyfriend named Alex how funny is that from the same number

I received a call from this number at 5:33 this afternoon. The caller who did not speak good English said her name was Angel and she was calling from the Federal Grant Office and that I was a recipient of the $9,000.00 grant from the Federal Government. She asked me how I wanted the money and that the government has 5 ways I can get it. Either directly deposited in my bank account, MasterCard, Visa, debit card, or cash. I told her send me a check and she said they cannot do that as I was to get the money within 45 minutes, and it had to be one of the 5 ways the government required.

Angel gave me a Federal Grant ID number AL317, and said I was to call her supervisor Ricky Moore at 202-407-9787 and he would handle everything for me.  She said I would not have to pay the money back and I could do whatever I wished with it. While she was talking I put the number in my computer and located 800notes.

After I got off the telephone with Angel I called the Federal Trade Commission hotline at 1-800-477-8477 and reported the conversation. I gave them the number the call came from, the time of the call, and the number I was asked to call for Ricky Moore. It has been recorded and I have a reference number given me by the FTC which is 49970217.
