Wow, that's a great idea!  I need an air horn just for those kinds of calls!

So tired of getting these calls!

I received at least two calls from 203-923-4781. A man with broken English ask for me by my full first name. I use a nickname. I refused to identify myself and asked why he was calling. He claimed to be calling for the United States Claims Department. I said that the government was hiring people with broken English to contact me. I asked him what he wanted. He then said that he wanted to f* me. Could he please come over and f*. He said this several times. I informed him to never call again and that if he did, i would report him to the police. I then called my dad. While on the phone with him, this man beeped in twice. The second time, I took the call. He told me to go ahead and contact the police, so I did. I then, per the police, reported the number to AT&T and added call block to my account and then blocked his number. AT&T verified that it was an AT&T number, but were unable to tell if it was a land line or a cell phone and were unable to bring up any information about this number. He is now blocked and the police will be sending an extra patrol by my house.

Call received from 203-923-4781 @ 12:09 PM CST. on 12 December 2013,  telling me I was selected to receive a $9000.00 grant from the U. S. Government, I stated that I wasn't interested in a grant from the U.S. Government but he kept on speaking loudly with an Hispanic accent so I had to "Shout" at him to shut up and let me speak.  His response was who was I to speak to him that way and he said to shut the "f**k up and listen to him.  I said I didn't want the loan and he continued so I simply hung up when he wouldn't listen to me.

I got many calls from them and never picked up.  I got so pissed off that I pick up once and as soon as he started to speak in broken English and said word US government I asked him what the f**** you want, he hang up immediately. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM....

Watch out for scammers!!!  This (203) 923-4781 number kept blowing up my cell phone (not leaving a message mind you). A man named Jessy with bad English (apparently outsourced) called, reading from his “cold call” script, told me I was approved for a $9,000 royalty financial supplemental grant from the Federal government. OMG!! How special am I (sarcasm)! He said I was one of the selective few that was picked for paying taxes on time, no criminal reports, or bankruptcy within the past 2 years. I’m like “ummhmm”. He says I can give him my bank or debit card number and the money will be deposited into my account. I told him I’m not comfortable with that as I have no correspondence from them and I don't know who they are. He said they were located at 200 Independence Ave SW, HH Bldg, Washington DC, 20201. He then provided me with my Grant/Money confirmation number and that I should call the account manager Ricky Moore at (202) 407-9787 and he will “get me my cash money in an hour”.  Researching this scam on line, I found that they’d ultimately send me to Western Union where I would have to PAY $230.00 to get my $9K. Supposedly when you ask where do we make the transfer out too, that’s when the jig is up and you’ll soon hear the dial tone.

It's a Dallas, Rexas pshvjic named Dorothy Leath who goes by half dozen names or so, Cathy Leath, Nicole Kennedy to name few. I met her once at her psychic shop and heard her grubby kids making scam phone calls in the back room. She is a disgusting lying witch who will do anything and I mean anything for a dollar. Your money rules her life. Sick sick sick sick TRASH!!!

I got the same call from this number (203) 923-4781 saying it was from Connecticut. An Indian guy who spoke broken English tried to explain that I had received a grant and I had to ask him 3 times what it was because his English was so bad. He asked me if I wanted to receive it by cash or banking account so I just hung up. I get calls like this all the time so I knew it was a scam. if he calls again he will get an ear full!

The guy that called me was not aggressive he said his name was Michelle then about 5 seconds later he said"Hello I'm looking for Michelle". I just hung up

This [***] keep calling me do not answer at first ! how can he get my  first name ! day his name is Sam

The guy says I had qualified for a $9,000 U.S. grant  & I would not ever have to pay it back....I told him, "Yeah, and I know this is a scam!"  He retorted angrily, "Why do you think this is a scam? Who told you it was a scam/"  Man, this guy was fired up... I told him, "If you know so much about me, then you don't need to verify anything."  He replied with my name & address & then got angry & hung up.  CREEPY.

Justed recieved a message from 203-923-4781. Stated that I had case pending & I need to have my attorney call a Kevin Johnson back. I'm SICK of these ppl!

These people are a nuisance this same number keep calling me 2039234781 telling me I have been granted $9000.00 they calll while on my job all hour of the night, sometimes with no response when I already told them stop callling my phone

So they called me to. I played along with a fake address in New York, a New Mexico zip code and totally changed the name they had in their so called computer. I called Richard Parker at 202-407-9192 an had fun with him too. Told him my name was Richard Parker and that his friend was going to send me a bag of cash and an AK  witch is part of the code they gave me to receive money, he did not understand what I was talking about as he was very easy to confuse. So now he has blocked my cell number, my house number my sons cell number and at this time I am calling from multiple google voice numbers. This fool wil have to change numbers and get a new scam because I am done and will not stop til they are out of business.

I don't think people that fall for the scam are greedy necessarily. I know of an elderly woman that fell for one, she was completely down on her luck and really needed the money. So I think they get a lot of people who are desperate and hoping this is their lucky break!

I got a call from  this 203-923-4781 while  working. Some lady with a accent , did not understand why she called. Good thing my phone reception was really bad. When  l return call with that number, it states person is not available at this time. I am very Happy that I checked and found out they are scamming. HOPE  they get caught!!!

I have just received a call from this number stating they were giving me 9000 in grant money from the government!!!

I received call from 203-9 23-4781. A man with accent English named Jim Smith, He called like ten minutes ago and said I was approved for a $9,000 grant from the Federal government. He gave me choice to give him either debit, visa, master card, and more. So i said NO, How about you mail it. He said we dont have that option. He said he will call again tomorrow! I played game with him cause i knew he was trying to fool me! Is there any way that can block those calls forever?

I blocked the number on my verizon cell phone. It took care of the problem.
