Yes it's a scam!!!  I got an e-mail with the same number wanting to buy my car with a cashiers check and he wanted me to pay his shipper the difference before it headed to Canada.  Any time they want to pay you with a cashier's check and have you pay their shipper... it's a scam.  The check is either fake, or real but drawn on an international account that has no money in it, but takes months to show it.  Don't let this guy rip you off people!

when checking this number I came across this page and have since then replied to this email "after checking on potential buyers we will have to pass on your offer"

I got a check today ups for $3750. drawn on a bank from Texas from a school district. It was a legit bank and school district and I never had a name untill I tried to cash the check and told it was fake then came home to an email saying to wire $2200 to this David Servrien in Fl. These guys need to be caught!!!

I got the exact same e-mail from Jerry Contival.

I went looking online for a job as an administrative assistant and he posted the email as pemuller1@aol.com too. it ended up being a "mystery shopper" job and like a fool i replied with all my information in order to apply for the job. He wrote me back saying one of the jobs was to receive a check, cash it and then send the money back to one of his other mystery shoppers. i googled the email and thanks to u found out it was fake. hope he doesnt do anything with my SSN... thanks for ur help.

I listed my rental property on Craigslist and got the same email response. It didn't sound right and looks like a lot of people have gotten similar messsages. This is not good for the Black & Veatch company.

an architect from Ontario working for Kiewit. There are no offices here. I have read on this posts Peter Adams with several similar address dating back to 2007. He just sent me the "standard" letter for a rental unit.
