I have had received several calls but never answer and they free medical respond equipment. .becareful they want your addres to comfirm a potential identity theft and knock at your at any time they want.. Come on people..  lets fight this scam or scammers for real ..

Scam artist !!!!!!!!!!!!  Numerous calls from these scammers using different numbers.  They call night and day, weekends included !!  We never answer the calls and they never leave a message. I am sick of this.  We are on the DNC list, but I don't think they are doing their job.

Same with me here in Fleming County, KY.  The same call has come from five different numbers.  I've tried not answering and also tried deleting in the middle of the message but nothing seems to work.  I've been on the "do not call"list for a few years and can't seem to be able to stop these scam calls.  Of what use is the registry if they cannot stop these calls???

same old story different day.  at least 2 x a day.  they do not give up.  put them on my system "blocked". there is no one to protect us from this nuisance!  Sad, is it not!  It's "medic alert".

We, the people, have no rights and no one to complain to.  I BLOCKED all the different #,  I you try to call that #, it announces "not in service" .  How do they do that?

People.  This is a machine.  Blowing whistles, and the like, does nothing.  It is not a live person - they do not hear what you're saying.  What "seems" to work best is don't answer.  All they want to know is that it is a live phone - with a live person answering it - and then they SELL that number to another robo dial operation. Suggestion, don't answer.  They'll quit calling.

What a pain in the butt this scammer is. And yes the piano music is horrible !

This is a scam - The Attorney General here in NC has warned us that these people take your money and deliver nothing - They recommend that whatever you do, do not give them any information and report the call to Attorney General - I am sure there are other states out there who also have warned people

I have continually received phone calls from 209-676-3148 with a 'free medical alert system" which is being given to me  by an anonymous friend, etc......I have tried talking to  the guy, who was not to be interrupted; so finally I had a fog horn which I blasted into the phone, and when the voice didn't even flinch, I knew that it was a robo call.....have filed a complaint with the donotcall.gov website.

Message about Medical supplies that I didn't order, but they wanted to deliver them from CA.

Received this call at my job (Phila, PA). It's an automated voice stating I have a paid Life Alert system ready to be installed w/ free shipping. I DID not hit the decline button #5 of THEIR option, i simply hung up the phone. This is an unsolicted spam/scam call!

This number 209-676-3148 has called me 5 times for medical alert from Calif.   I am on DNC list can't stop these scam calls. I agree when register for DNC list this doesn't stop the scammers from calling

Just got a phonecall from this number for medical alert crap.  Left me a voicemail this weekend as well.

I told them I was 20 years old and in good health. They still tried to sell me one.

There was a call a few minutes ago from this number. I didn't answer and there was not message left. A few days ago my Mom  received a call from someone who claimed the call was about Medical Alert and the person kept asking for directions to her home so they could deliver it. She told them she had not asked for one and they were persistent. She hung up the phone.

They call constantly and hang up when I told them I was registered with the DoNotCall registry, and when I don't answer they let the phone ring 12-15 times before giving up... but it does not deter them from calling time and time again.  Mine was also the Atwater,
CA # 209-676-3148.  All I know to do is report them and follow up if they call again after reporting them. My final reply to all reading this... I ordered nothing, I have no use for this product and my final comment is... **SCAM**!!!!

This is their Call Centre Access Number.  You get a recorded "Thanks" call then agent transfer.  Just keep hitting 1, then you get some more crapolla music and the "Plonk"  then begin what you like.  This REALLY p's the OFF, - Get a google voice number for free and start SLAMMING them, do it now!
