Yes, this is a USAA number.  I'm a realtor and have a client who is using usaa and they've called me several times for closing info but for some reason they didn't leave a msg until the 3rd or 4th attempt.   It's legit but they should leave a message if they want to actually talk to somebody.

I got a call and voice mail message from this number -- and it is the USAA claims department. They are refusing to adequately cover the driver who hit and damaged my car, and I have to take the driver (a teenage girl) and her parents to small claims court. I really don't like this company.

Hired a public adjuster. But terrible USAA is trying to circumvent laws and contact me directly.
No kitchen due to mold for over 6 weeks and now the claims person LaKeisha is ignoring my adjuster to try and be crafty. Always hire a public adjuster for any home claims with USAA.

That would then be the party that is spoofing USAA number.

This was a legitimate call from USAA.  While I was looking up the number, I got the voicemail that updated me on my insurance claim.

This is a legitimate telephone number from USAA. I got a call/voice mail from this number and the person on the other line referenced my message that I sent via their web page and stated that they would also reply via that page. The voice mail and the message on the web page matched.

received a call from this number and did not recognize it so  did  not answer.  Looked  it up and became concerned because i am a usaa customer.  I called them to check if they had tried to contact me and nothing. No agent or customer service person had looked up my number in order to reach me. Very suspicious.

Got a call from them a couple of days ago while I was working. I answered the phone the first time and heard nothing. They called back again and the person stated that they got a couple of phone calls for me. I told him I've never called that number. If they are telling the truth, somebody is spoofing my number

I got a call from this number. I didn't answer and was left a voice mail with no real information. I was never in a car accident and I am way too young to retire. These people need to quit playing on my phone. It is annoying that they can get your phone number and it is nothing that can be done about it

At 0930 this morning I received a call from 210-531-8722 which announced "important information from USAA. Please enter your USAA # or SSN."  What BS! I hung up immediately.

Called me a today and left a message..I'm 13 and my parents are the usaa members so obviously it's shame

It's the Auto insurance department at USAA

This is a legitimate USAA number. I called to verify and Google also helps. Lead me straight to the USAA page where it says the office is based out of Texas.

It was a telemarketing call and not any association with USAA.
