This is CHASE BANK, who bought up FIVE of my platinum cards over a three-year period, and whom I fear and loathe!.....These calls, I believe, are coming from INDIA, possibly being routed through Texas or Washington, and are made with nothing but harrassment in mind.....ONE woman with a heavy Indian accent, kept saying they "wanted to work with me, and help me".....I told them I would submit a Offer of Settlement on the cards, and was composing a letter to that effect. I'm going to write it today. If anyone can get a FAX NUMBER from them, and post it here, that would be helpful, I think. I asked that they not call, and she seemed to acquiesce, but the calls keep coming. This is dreadful credit card business. DREADFUL!

I had the same issue where I was getting numerous calles from 210-586-0050 and they would not leave a message, etc. One way to solve this problem is to call your phone service provider and ask them to block this number for you. This is a relatively new feature the cell phone companies and other started to offer. So this may be a good way to stop these calls.

I have asked them to stop calling my place of business and they continue. I feel that I am being harrassed. They also obtained my unlisted home phone number through Verizon.

go here   http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm and file a complaint.  i have done it before with telemarketers.  it only takes a minute.

i got a call while i was doing this and finally talked to someone after getting 5 - 6 calls daily with "abandoned calls"
(i am left hanging on line after answering)  he said he is with "credit card services" about my mastercard.  i told him to stop calling me and i would call chase directly.  then he said he IS  chase.  i said i will call my 800# and deal with them directly (i am past-due and currently in a payment arrangement) and that i don't believe for a minute that chase bank would be so unprofessional as to make such time-wasting, annoying, and COSTLY phone calls.

do not hesitate to turn them in.  don't know if they are for real or not, but what they are doing violates the FCC laws.

I keep getting 15 to 20 calls from 210-586-0050 daily at home and at work.  They don't answer if I answer and if I let the machine get it they say my name as if I had answered the phone myself.  It's very strange and annoying.  I would like this to stop.  Any ideas!!!

I have no dealings at all with Chase Bank what so ever. I received one call from them at 8:45 this morning and one more at 9:26 am. They did not leave a message. I do not answer calls unless it shows a name on my phone.

These people call everyday.  One right after the other.  When they aren't calling, their sistership calls.  Same message - NO MESSAGE!!!!!  If they are bill collectors, they do a lousy job.  When I see "UNKNOWN CALLER," I did bring this up with Chase when I told them of my payment.  They told me they have no way to know who is doing the calling.  Very nice.....  Besides, this number isn't mine.

It's Chase.  You are late on you payments.  Take it from me.  I am now being sued by them because I maxed out, and couldn't keep up with the 30% interest and $40 late fees.  I'm gonna try to settle with them.  I just got my tax check...hopefully they will accept it and stop bothering me.  Good luck to everyone in debt...this country is in real financial trouble.
