got same message from same number, he called himself officer Arc Fluster.. or something like that, wished me good luck if I don't - or my attorney - reply to his message! I returned the call, old lady answered with bad accent (looks Indian), once I said I will report this number, she start "bad words" and hang-up! never answer my next several calls!
we need to take a serious action against those people. I believe they have local "assistance" to collect money from victims. do we have a "volunteer"  here to do this task? I mean, go with them all the way until catch the local "assistance"?

The same thing happened to me today.   Wished me good luck.   I asked him  his name because I had notified the Texas police dept and they were coming after him.   I have called numerous times since he hang up on me and he will not answer.   I intend to keep on harassing this idiot.   I will call him all hours of the day and night.   Might even sing him a song.   Maybe if I'm harassing him he won't have time to call and screw people out of their money!

Well they used inappropriate language when I approached them on the fact that they were scammers.  I kept calling them back harassing them. They obviously didn't like it

Said they were from the IRS and I was getting sued and he (claimed to be an officer) needed the name of my lawyer, asked if I had one, I said no, and giggled.  He said why do you laugh this is not funny.  I said I'm sorry, I have no clue what this is about!  He said then that he loved me and asked if I had a boyfriend.  HAHAHA  I said, have a nice day and hung up.

Same as all the others. They called twice already today and both times I let it go to voicemail since I don't answer numbers I don't recognize. Both times they left similar messages. I'm in "big" trouble if I don't call back and "good luck." I'm relieved to see I'm not the only one getting these. I'm thinking about heading up to the police station and giving them the number and letting them hear the voicemails. Has anyone else done this?

Harassment call from 210.888.8376, calls himself officer Eric Floster with an odd accent. States that if he doesn't hear from me or my lawyer, all he can do is wish me good luck as the situation badly unfolds for me. Creep!

I just got the same message as everyone else.  The "Good Luck to you" part was disturbing.  He sounded to me like he had a strong speech impairment.  I was given a different number to call back but since he was so hard to hear, I only got 888-883?

Just got a call from them, Said his name is Officer: Erik Foster and the number to his division is: 210-888-8376. Said he wants to hear from me or my Attorney. The issue is time sensitive and also had a very weird accent. It seems like he is using semantics to invoke stress on the caller. Say "Officer" but no department or law-enforcement agency. Then says you can call his division back at the number listed. Very scary that people can do stuff like this.

Just received the same call; said the name was officer Eric Foster that it is imperative that I call back immediately.  He ended the call that if I choose to ignore this message well then "good luck to me".  I don't know why these people can not be located and prosecuted.  I feel really sorry for anyone who buys into the scam.

They're obviously still at it. Just got the same voicemail as everyone else has reported on here. I can't believe there are still people falling for this kind of scam in this day and age but they still appear to be in business so there's obviously a few that are still getting played. Good luck to you all! : )
