Just got a call from this wacko.  Called him back on my work phone and asked him the name of his organization.  His reply was, "I told you...I'm with the IRS.  ARE YOU STUPID?" and he hung up.  He won't answer my work # anymore.  I'm going to have everybody I know and everybody they know start calling this guy and asking for pizza delivery....or how much his blueberry slush puppies cost. "NO WEEZIN' THE JUICE!" LOL

Received the same call with the same pre recorded message as shown above.  Officer Eric Foster calling from IRS, and that it is imperative I call him back.  If I choose to ignore this message, then well, good luck to me.  I called back and got a busy signal.  Yikes!!!!

Called and a person claiming to be an officer by the name of Eric foster left a voice mail that  was extremely threatening. Husband said sounds like a scam so we didn't bother to call them back.

Someone called and left a message stating he was an officer and it was imperative to call back or "It will be on you". I live in Ct. and don't know anyone in this area nor have I ever been there. When I called back to see what this was about, the phone rang and rang then cut off.

I don't take lightly to threats!!!!

I got this same call today twice 1 time from the 210 888-8376 (texas) and another with same mesage from a poorly accented woman calling from a virginia number (571) 402-0328. I just laughed at them and hung up cause I knew it was a scam.

What a bunch of idiots. They called me and said "this is Officer Eric Foster. (Very heavy accent) if I don't hear from you or your attorney you will have severe prison time!"   I'm just glad I'm not a young kid,  although I doubt it would've even frightened me then!  Note the phone number that was left for the return call (when I quit shaking in my boots) was 210-888-8376; if you dial*67 first your number will not show. Call your home from yourself and check it out yourself. Please  Call "Officer foster" and act afraid. For a minute anyway have fun. LOL.  2 1/2 years ago someone cashed a check of mine (?) IRS, I know it is a collection agency, I had a copy of the check but the bank assured me there is nothing they can do so I think I trashed it. Don't let them get you down, you have the number in my above message.  have a little fun back at their expense call and be hysterically crying but you know you can record your call and see if you were dramatic enough. Mike, they also did the same to me. They identify themselves as the IRS. I called the IRS and they said the same thing you did. They will never notify you via phone. Flakes LOL

I received a call claiming he represents the IRS and must return to call with a strong Indian Accent.  "Don't try to disregard this call.  Call back with Attorney, "All I can do is wish you good luck.  He also called from  804-571-2728.  Can not call back number.  Definitely SPAM.........

Total scam.  Originates in either India or Pakistan.   Block and ignore.   DO NOT RETURN THE CALL!

I got a call from 1-210-888-8376 the man says he is officer Eric Flossner.  He said that I must contact him immediately as this is time sensitive and if I do not return his call I will be arrested.

I also received a call from 210-888-8376.  Like everyone else it was a threatening recording saying he was an officer with the IRS and I needed to call back ASAP.  Otherwise, "good luck".  *sigh*
