Thanks am blocking it too ! Yet another number to the list

Had 2 calls from them today - the caller ID is a long number beginning with a V. It then showed the actual call number - 210-892-2450. Apparently this is an automated dialler. Answered and hung up right away. Very annoying as I wagon a business call at the time!!!

The problem is the Do Not Call list doesn't apply because we have a consumer relationship with our car companies who has a business relationship with this company.

My understanding is do not call list does not apply to non profits, political organizations, companies you've given your number to, and the companies associated with them (i.e. who they sell their customer lists to).

Being on the do not call list wont help THEY are Scammers and trying to rip you off oh yes you can report to the FCC they do nothing! from what i have read they are getting your cars info from Sirus radio info was stolen or sold 3 things you can do to stop them
1) join nomorerobocall i have TW Cable they offer it free and it blocks this number and many more!
2) my phone is VOIP thru TW Cable i can go to TW web site and block up to 30 numbers free only set back its only 30 numbers for now.
3) buy a phone blocker for your phone some can block 300 to 500 and more depends on price for $45.00 = 300 to 500 block calls.
the scammers are spoofing legit telephone numbers using voice over the internet had to track!

This is the 3rd time that I have received a call from this number. Each time, the phone disconnects as I say hello.

I do not want any continued calls from this number.

Please STOP unwanted calls!!

No one here can do that.  Invest in a call blocker.

Called my cell phone. I didn't answer. They left no message. All of our phones are registered with DO NOT CALL, but that doesn't even slow these jerks down.

I keep receiving calls from this company saying that they are an after market warranty company.  It's a complete scam!  When I told "Jason" that I was not interested in buying an aftermarket warranty, he rudely hung up on me.  The same number has called my cell phone twice today.  At first, I answered and told them never to call my number and again.... they hung up on me.  I just received a 3rd call a few minutes ago.

Got a call from this number but did not pick up. Previous comments make sense, - I used to own a BMW which by now would have been approaching its 3-rd year of ownership ( factory warranty expiration), so most likely this is a telemarketer trying to get me to buy an extended warranty.
I called the number back and got a response "You have successfully completed a test call to Pac-West Telecom". Looked up the Pac-West Telecom website - http://www.pacwest.com/dial-access.php?nav=products, but it turned out it was the company providing dial-up services for this particular telemarketer.

For smartphones there's a killer app called TrueCaller that is a crowd-sourced caller ID system.  I was just called by this number and TrueCaller popped up a warning on my Galaxy Note 4 with a spam alert and I knew not to answer.  It then asked if I wanted to block the number permanently (it has unlimited blocking I believe).  You can also ask it to automatically block all the numbers it has identified as spam in it's database.  Being crowd-sourced, you can contribute to the database by reporting new spam numbers.

They called just minutes ago, I didnt answer, they hung up on the answering machine.  Blocking number after reports on here.

The woman wanted to sell extended coverage for my ML350.  I told her we sold the vehicle and she hung it up immediately. lol. added to block list
