Just got their call again.  If you do not answer by the second or third ring, they do an auto disconnect and are not there if you answer.  Saw it was from them again as I was by the phone so I answered. Could hear numerous other conversations in the background - typical boiler room.  Asked for my wife  by her first name.  Said just a minute and simply put the phone down and walked away.  Five minutes later I came back and they were gone. Hope I wasted their time like they do to others. While this idiot was spending time with me, I probably save several people from being called.  These scum bags will never go away. Not answering your phone does not bother them as a computer is calling and that does not cost them anything.  You must do something to cause them to spend resources (money) by what ever means possible.  Answer and ask them what number are they calling from. Bet they do not even know.

3rd call on my cell- the other two times no one came on the line (poor dialer management). This time they were trying to sell an extended warranty. I pointed out politely that this # is on the do not call list. The sales guy said " I have no control over that"!

This company needs to have fines levied against them because I am on DO NOT CALL list and they are constantly calling me. I have a new Chevrolet Equinox that is under 100,000 mile warranty with GM. I don't need a warranty.

Is this a telemarketer?

They have called todo many times I have lost count and the use different numbers. The other is a  610 number I have locked them and am on the no call list and they still call. And what makes mad is right now I am not driving the car due to a stroke and I have told them that and to stop calling me. They just called again I did no answer

Most call blocking devices can block up to 1500 numbers, private & unknown name & numbers and some area codes. They are under 40 now..

And yes, the FCC, FTC and CFPB do take care of business..   It isn't CSI on TV where things are solved in a hour. Spoofed numbers make it hard to get these company's tracked down. And the foreign country's and criminals are not about to obey our laws.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

Yes, this guy was a tool, if the same guy. Hung up as soon as I said no longer own the car. Tried to call back and of course it was busy. What a bunch of total [***]....

Just got a call and the lady started to talk then broke into a funky little hummm and hung up. I think I just got a dirty call!!! Hahaha - oh well, worse things could happen on a Tuesday in Seattle.

These people have called us numerous times morning afternoon & evening!  They ask for my husband if if I say he is not available, they hang up.  Once the person said, we'll call back and I said no, I don't want you to call here any more.  She just hung up right when I was talking!  I think it is to get us to purchase a car warranty!

Lady said they were calling about my warranty on a 2011 Tahoe - which I do not own. As soon as I told her she hung up on me.

Just got another call from these people about extending the warranty on my car. When I asked who they were they said they work with Toyota. When I asked if they are Toyota, they repeated that they work with Toyota.
Big Deal, I work with a lot of companies and that does not make me an employee of them.
When I asked which car they were talking about, they said 2011 and model type
Unfortunately they want me to buy an extended warranty on a car which was totaled almost 2 years ago and was left as a burnt out hulk and is probably now been melted and remade into something else.
They need to update their records. Obviously they have some info that says what kind of car I drive (Drove to be more exact).
They also are calling me on a work number which is at a Hospital (don't know how they got this number) but they are interrupting patient care by tying up this line.
Bunch of idiots and all are a waste of oxygen.
