Today is the first time I received a call from this number.  Interestingly enough the Caller ID name populates as:
DO NOT PICK UP.  Who knows maybe this an attempt to get people to pick up, because it makes no sense.  Just another telephone number to add to my 7 page list of numeric order telephone numbers that shouldn't be calling.  I enrolled in the Do Not Call Registry at least 2X, apparently this doesn't work.  Just thought of something is the Do Not Call Registry our tax dollars at work?

Sadly the DNC is a joke. I gave up a long time ago. It is easier to just block the calls since the list of people allowed is longer than who can not call. I can't wait for election season to roll around. WAIT----- those calls are coming in now. :(

Like Sharona said - caller I.D. says Do Not Pick Up so I didn't. Went to voice mail. Long silence then hung up.

"Do Not Pick Up" came up on my caller ID from this number, wasn't going to anyway but this really convinced me how stupid these people really are.

This area code has been blocked for a good while. Two calls today.

212-698-5233, Do Not Pick Up, is now calling. They seem to do it in cycles. You block em then after awhile you unblock thinking time passed. Nope. The scammers are still there!!

Great caller I'd! Lol. Didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message.

Phone ads are against TOS.  Reported to mods.

Whoever it was, it was a recorded message and spoken in Chinese. Not a clue what they were saying. It sounded as if it repeated 2 or 3 times then disconnected.
