Answered call and girl from out of states started trying to talk and sell something.  I told her that she had reached the international colostomy bag company and she was in luck as we were giving out free samples and all she had to do was pay for the shipping.  She attempted to go on but I insisted she take the offer because from my end of the line I knew she was full of SH*T.  She hung up!  Imagine that?

Called to ask for the boss and asked if I am the manager. When I told him no, he hang up abruptly. Nuisance and rude!

Received a noisy  "boiler room"-type call.  When I answered I was greeted by a "ghetto type" that could hardly be understood.  She asked for "the owner of the business" - I asked to be put on their do not call list.  She continued ... "Ain't my problem ..." -- as I hung up.
Scumbags.

We just got a call from this number. The ID said "Dealogic". She proceeded to ask me if I has health insurance, and I told her I wasn't going to go over it on the phone. She then replied "That's rude". I then hung up. How rude these people are!

These people need shut down!

Rude telemarketer on telephone, I asked if I could take a message and she called me a [***] and hung up on me.

Gentleman asked for Owner, he was told the Owner wasn't on site, he asked if I was the Manager, I advise I wasn't, he then hung up rudely. I called the number back & received a voice mail claiming to be Prospect America & if a quote for insurance was needed to leaved a name & number, or if I wished to have my number removed from their calling list to leave my name as well as your number & it would be removed immediately. The voice mail then tells you that you can't leave any info as it is full !!!! How convenient !!! I am filing a complaint with the Agriculture Department with the State of Florida against this Company to protect others.

I received a call today from this number.  When I said hello, the lady laughed and then hung up.

Received another harrassing call from 212-786-6830. You can tell it's from a call center because you can hear other scammers in the background. If you hang up on them they call again to harass you from 216-447-0017 which is an UNLISTED number. Not sure how they do it. I have reported all the harassing calls to the phone company.

Maybe you should PAY ATTENTION. Businesses were added to the DNC list several years ago. The only exceptions are political calls, non-profit agencies, and companies that you have done business with in the last 12 months. While the latter includes your telephone company, IT DOES NOT INCLUDE COMPANIES THAT THEY SUBCONTRACT WITH TO TELEMARKET PHONE SERVICES! You can sue these people in small claims court, assuming you can Google enough info on them to find out who they are. Then, when they lose(and they will lose), send a collection agency after them. It's fun, and sometimes you even get paid for it.

Heard background talking for a minute or so then some woman started singing something to the effect that she knew what was going on. Is this a mental hospital? If they did ever get someone on the phone after such bizarro messages left no one would ever buy anything.

I'm pretty sure they are using a phone number scrambler, there is actually a website where if you pay money you can make it appear that you are calling from any phone number so it looks like a different number on your caller ID.

When I saw the caller ID, I did not answer, then I went to the Answsering Machine - a woman [with commotion in bkgrd] asked for me by First/Last Name - as though she was talking to someone.  Perhaps she missed the beep!...then she said, some of which I could not make out:  "she..?..the call!"

We have had several calls from this number and other related numbers for Prospect America.  We are on the DNC list.  This uses minutes that could be used for other business.  what gives???

I just received a call at work that I let go to voicemail because I did not recognize the number on my CID (it said "DEALOGIC" and had a 212 area code). When I checked my voicemail, I heard a woman say, "It's a sausage," and then she continued to talk to someone in the background about it being someone's birthday and having cake. The woman asked, "How come I never get balloons? Is it because I am white?" Then she kept chatting for another few seconds and eventually hung up.

On Thu Aug 27, 2009 2:56pm ET, I got a call from 212-786-6830, the guy said that he was calling on behalf of "CDI Agency and Benefits" out of Waterford, Michigan. I asked him where he got my phone number and he said his computer autdials it and could not tell me how to get off the list. he works for a telemarketing company and he sits in Fort Worth Texas.

I tried to google them, and so far nothing.

Call from rude woman, says "I'd like to speak to the business owner." I ask, "who's this calling?" She ignores and asks again LOUDER "I'd like to speak to the business owner!" By then I'm getting annoyed as i'm in the middle of breakfast, and I say " Hold please." and slam the phone on the table then hang up.

I've had this call before, about a month ago as well. Someone needs to post this at 4chan.org so we can find out who these scumbags are.
