Dealogic on the caller ID.  The lady lied and said she was with the small business association.  A bunch of crap....

These idiots call once everyday - today rather than simply hanging up when my phone goes to VM, the jerk calling left a 40 second message of just laughing and trash talking with their co-worker!

At least the bozos who run this outfit should train their staff to either hang up when they hear a VM announcement or leave a professional message regarding who they are.

I will be waiting for the call in the AM and plan to tell these morons where they can stick their services.

They're still calling our office- today the guy said, "oh, I have the wrong number" and hung up.  My theory is that these criminals haven't done a good job of brainwashing their minions, so they avoid going through their script when the computer connects them.  Except Jill, she's their top thief! lol
The funniest part is they've been using the same caller ID to call us since May- they must be pretty stupid to think that I won't recognize their number after 6 months of this harrassment.

what the hell is even the point of that? they must get paid per call whether they actually even talk to anyone or not.

caller ask for owner/manager, I told them that I was not a business, the hung-up.  Then 2 minutes later received call from 815-462-0037 (Health Solutions) again told them that the number the called was not a business..it was the same person that called from 212-786-6830--they hung up!

I am amazed by the lack of professionalism garnered by this Company? Theydo not respond to calls, other than asking for your name, number, and phone to remove you from their call misting. Obviously, DO NOT CALL means nothing. Furthermore, as a resellor or sellor for Insurance, they are violating Colorado's DORA regulations by using the phone. They must fullu disclose there information via US Mail and cease from using Telemarketing. Suggest calls to be reported to the FTC registry for possible violations of NO CALL at $1000 fine per pop.

Got a call. googled and found on 800notes. probably prospect america again. 1 year later - but they didnt leave a message. their voicemail is the same "thanks for calling prospect america... to opt out leave your number..."

I just got a call from these people and the operator must have not realized she had dialed my number. I could over hear them as they appeared to be on some sort of break or rest period. They were talking about bonuses and holiday pay and all kinds of regular office talk. I marked these people as spam and have blocked -the number from calling me ..

called requested to speak with the owner or office manager.  i replyed "i'm the office manager, how may help you?"  she then asked if my boss provided health insurance to all the employees?  i told her that really wasn't any of her business and please remove our telephone number from your call list.  she told me i was rude and she would call back to speak to the owner.  that i didn't need to be rude to her. like she was threatening me with speaking to my boss about my ability to handle telephone calls. wow.

Called my office number, didn't leave a message. Annoying, since this number is on the DNC List.

a guy by the name of 'Mark' from S&R asked for the atty. I stated he's not in then click - the guy hung up before I was even able to finish.

DoNotCall.gov is a government program....which is why is doesn't work.

same number calls our business several times a day.  they dont leave a message on the machine and when i answer they dont say a word.  very harrassing a workplace to be getting calls from them while i am trying to help real customers.

i received a call from 212-786-6830 on my cell at work.  they asked for alias name i use on the internet. i responded with "you have the wrong number." I then ask who it was? they hung up.  I believe these people are using spy software to get phone numbers. they connected my internet alias with my cell number. How does this happen?

I received a call from 1-212-786-6830 about 2:30 PM on 11-30-09. When I answered, no one spoke to say who or why they were calling. I kept saying hello, but still there was silence. Finally, after about a minute the call disconnected. Was this the first time I've received such a call? Hell no! I've received dozens of them just since the first of this year! I'm fed up and mad as hell so this is why I'm taking these first steps to try and put a stop to it. - I Googled the number which led to this site which has various descriptions of calls from 1-212-786-6830. I therefore decided to call the number. A young female answered. When I asked who have I reached, she said "EKN Financial Services." I next asked where are you located?  She answered, "Long Island, N.Y." Then I asked, where exactly, and she said "Woodbury, New York." I then asked to speak to whomever is in charge and she connected me to another person. He identified himself as "Pat Ruotolo." In response to further questioning, he said he is the "Operations Manager." I explained what happened when someone called me from his company number. He admitted they have people calling for "cold leads," but added that he can not understand why someone would call and not say anything. I suggested that he look into the matter and also Google his number to check out this site and others like it to see the evidence of all the complaints about his people calling and not saying anything. He said he would look into it. For all intent and purposes, this company has now been put on notice and any one receiving calls from this date forward, need only contact the New York authorities (city, county state) and make a formal complaint. May I also suggest you contact your state and federal lawmakers to politely suggest they get off their [***] and write some enforceable laws against uninvited telephonic intrusion (trespassing)into private domains whether they be residential or business. Law makers ought to also go after the directory publishing division of AT&T. Why should anyone have to pay AT&T an added fee to keep from having their number listed in the phone directory? Instead of helping to control telemarketing plague, AT&T is aiding and abetting in its continued proliferation! AT&T gives new meaning to the terms "Protection Racket" and "Greedy [***]." ABW

received call from 12127866830 while contacting att.com to pay my bill about 2:49 CST 11-30-09. The ATT operator was having trouble getting the details. Sounds like a silent treatment set up artist coupled with ATT... my caller id said this was from dealogic

They called today and asked for the business owner.  I said this is a government (it is) and she said 'Oh-oh. I am so sorry.'  And hung up! I would say it's a scam and they didn't want to be caught!  BUT- you could always say you are government, too & maybe you'll get the same response and they'll leave you alone! =o)

I am on a do not call list and received this call anyway,
The man was rude and hung up on me before I could finish
my sentence.  If you want business, learn how to talk and
listen to customers.
