The name on the caller ID was "Commscan" so I thought it might be a business call. I answered and the person said it had to do with health insurance. I hung up on him and immediately reported it to the National Do Not Call Registry.

After I joined the National Do Not Call Registry a few years ago, all calls stopped. Only in the last few months have they started up again. I have a feeling that businesses have decided that whatever punishment they get for making the calls is far less than the advantages of telemarketing. It's a shame, because it used to work great. I get an unwanted call almost once a day now.

They called here for the umpteenth time time today. Just don't seem to take the hint of NOT INTERESTED. Be nice to them, be rude to them, doesn't matter. Tell to take off the list, doesn't matter. Typical NYC POS people. Was on the ID as COMMSCAN LLC.

Received a call from a young lady wanting o speak to he owner, told her is was an absent owner. She said you must be he manager, I replied No, I was he answering service & I would gladly take a message to allow the correct person to respond to her needs. I asked her name & the company she represented & she rudely hung up on me. Telemarketers & Cold calls are out of control & UNPRODUCTIVE for any business these day. No Introduction from the caller & rude. No Thank You. Looked up the phone number online just o see that they are rude to everyone ..... Imagine that.

I just received a phone call at work coming from this phone number, and a man began telling me sexually explicit things.  I hung up but wrote down the number.

these f?cking jackwagons have an annoying auto dialer for prospect america that turd burglers. stop calling andhaning up at least cold call like a normal human...aarrgggggggg!!!!!!!

These people call periodically, and I don't answer.   No caller ID.  Garbled, hollow message with nothing but background noise.  Don't you just love it when they waste even more of your time by leaving a voice mail?  When will I learn just to erase?

First 2 times they called, the auto dialer must be a little slow as no one was there.  Called the number back, cannot be completed as dialed.  They call at least 2 times a month.

Won't quit calling. Won't leave a message. Won't answer on return call. Can't imagine they EVER have anyone who is actually interested in buying.

Sad, sad pathetic people calling to sell idiotic health insurance.  I'd be nice if we could issue phone use licenses to keep morons off the network, but we can't so just hang up on 'em, or if you have the time, waste their time!!!!  Keep em on the line, burn up their time, then tell em to go get a real job.

These idiots just called me and asked for me by name. I told the man he had the wrong number. All telemarketers should be taken out back and hanged. Can anyone explain to me the purpose of the National Do Not Call Registry? I was under the impression that being registered was supposed to stop these most annoying morons.

We do not want to receive unsolicited calls to 636-477-9130. This is a residential telephone number. I have repeated asked them to stop calling. MAKE IT STOP!

People go here http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm and file the complaint. The FCC will stop them!

this 212-786-6830 calls frequently. I rarely answer for numbers I can't identify but did in this case. He ask if I was me by name then ask if I was on medicare then hung up on me.  I will not answer this number again.

i hear ya. the calls can get annoying but you need to relax.. when you get a call just say put me on the dnc list nicely and MOST of the time they will do it... if u say it nastly they will not do it... they just rip up ur lead and go to the next person...also if your getting phone calls from your business you need a good assistant to pick up and screen calls because you CAN NOT place your business number on the DNC list.....its only for homes...
