I recommend that no one does any business with IQPC.  I did three shows with them last year and got spammed and harassed by them to no end.  I rarely will say I hate an organization but these bone heads are below dog crap on the street.  Shows are bad for sponsors and bad for attendee's.  Run away..

The caller sometimes identifies himself as Anthony DiPietro.

A woman wanted to speak to one of our managers about an event.  I said company procedure was to send invitations through the mail and that I would give her the address.  She said they issued invitations by phone only.  When I repeated the policy, she said she'd find another way and hung up.

Got 2 phones calls from 2 different numbers but the same guy (gave a different name each call) and he won't stay on the phone if he doesn't get the person he is asking for and if I am asking for his name and company so I can put him into VM he won't leave one. I asked again for his info and he got more upset. I told we don't take calls from people that won't say who or where they are calling from.
I hung up. He calls back from the new number and says why did you hang up on me. I said he was being rude and yelling at me and it is not professional. He said hanging up on me was not professional. Well so is someone wanting to talk to someone but won't give there information.
I said don't call again or I will contact the police. I hope that is the end of it.

This is from a company called IOPC North America. They are calling about an  IT Finance Management Week in Chicago in April.

Andrew Spenacia called and asked specificall for our VP.  He had done research on our company.  I questioned and it is a arranged meeting pitch

I got a call and they left a very nice voice mail.  I have never done business with IQPC (www.iqpc.com) but they said they wanted to verify my information about some upcoming event in Chicago.

Not sure how they got my cel phone number but they first called and began asking me about my lead generating activities and if I was interested in attending seminars or hearing more about their campaigns. I explained to them this was my personal cel and I do not make these decisions for my co. A few hrs later the same # called again and now they were asking what vertical markets/ industries im interested in...?

This # calls me a few times a week!

When I answered the person just started laughing and then hung up. Very professional.

my fiancé got a call from this number at 4am right after he got home from the casino. The call woke our newborn that I had just gotten to sleep so I was frustrated. Got another call at 6:15am so I took his phone into the bathroom to investigate and I get the same results as all of you but he owns a marketing center so I guess that wouldn't be out of the norm but why the odd hours. That's so rude!

IQPC had the nerve to call my house at about 4 AM. What goes thru your mind when someone calls you at that hour? When I questioned them, they hung up. Was a female with a British/Australian accent.

A lady with a british accent called and asked for a couple of different people in the IT department. I asked what the call was regarding and she said it was about an oil and gas event at the end of the month. She did not even have a name for this event. Needless to say I put her on hold and left her there until she hung up, I get more satisfaction with that than just hanging up on these people. Total crap call. Dont waste your time.

Extremely aggressive and slick sales representatives from a large "conference" vendor. They want sponsors to pay up to $30,000 to buy access to supposedly influential buyers interested in their services. Just like Marcus Evans and so many other organizations. They start the call implying that they are regularly approached by purchasing departments from large organizations that are looking for services that you provide and would you like to meet these folks. They will almost always get your attention by saying something like, "I was speaking to an executive at Wal-Mart and mentioned your company. You would like to sell to Wal-Mart, right?" Total BS of course. After literally finally saying, "I don't know how else to say to you I"M NOT INTERESTED", he continued to talk so I finally just hung up. They must be trained that if the prospect does not hang up on you, you are not trying hard enough.

IPQC is a division of Pearson (Common core pushers) who put on business conferences.

Just got a call and when I said hello, the caller hung up.

They are looking for people to sign up for a variety of events/trade shows/seminars, etc. I don't answer their calls anymore. Even when you tell them you can't do the event, you will still likely get another call from them about it. Not the worst though. Best to just let them go to voice-mail.

Woman wanted to ask a Marketing employee some questions for a conference that she was organizing.  I advised that she put her inquiries in writing and send them via standard mail.  She said, "No, that's absurd.  Thanks, though," and hung up.  Tough cookies if you think it's absurd; it's company policy.  Period.
