They called me yesterday at 6:30pm est.  All I heard were beeps and a lot of distortion.  They called 3 times.  Who are they???

I have been getting this call on my cell phone once a week for the past 3 weeks.  It's always around 4 and 4:30 in the morning.  When I pick up there is always a beep that sounds like a fax is trying to get through.  I would love to know how to make it stop.

Boyfriend got a call from this number last night at 3:40am. Same thing as the others - there is a busy signal at the other end whenever you try to call back. How is this number not registered to anyone? I tried to google it and nothing came up.

I ran a phone report on that number - It gives a name of Vivian Burgess at 5355 Chesley Ave Los Angeles CA 90043 and 3636 Somerset Dr Los Angeles CA. However, no other info was available.

I am receiving calls from this number as well. Last night I recieved a call from this number @ 12:02 AM & 1:21 AM. This is the 3rd time we've received late night calls like this. Any information about who this is, or how to stop it, please let me know!

I missed a call on my cell phone from this number on 9/08 at 6:02PM eastern time. I recently listed this phone number on a cars.com ad, and was wondering if it had anything to do with that online ad?  Anyone else with the same experience?  I am in KY.

Got a call just now at 9:30 EST.  It went to my phone's voicemail.  When i checked the voicemail it was asking me to hold and thanking ME for calling them & to just please hold awhile longer. No idea who this is from.

So, well all are getting the same annoying calls.  Now, how do we get it stopped?  Seems to be related to the "unavailable number" calls too.

I use an interned-based fax system called eFax.com.  I tried to send a fax to a third party earlier today using the eFax system, and copied myself on the fax.  I just received that fax to myself, and the Caller ID listed 213-291-1900.  I do know that eFax is based in Los Angeles, although not sure if that is the part that is still part of the 213 area code.  You might want to contact eFax to discuss.

A guy named Richard called me twice from this phone number asking for my husband by name.  He wouldn't leave his last name, a call back number, a message or even tell me what it was about.

I've been getting this damn call for the last 3 nights at around 9:30pm, est, I'm in CT.  When I pickup it just puts me on hold and I never get to talk to someone.

What is being done about these calls? I didn't have a good night sleep last night, this number called my phone all night.

I met a woman at a yard sale and gave her my number for business reasons--before I reached home (twenty min later) she called me and this number came up 213-291-1900--I recieved another call while on the phone so I asked her if i could call her back at the number that came up-- she said that it is a blocked number. Then I told her that the number came up and she said thats interesting I proceded to ask her if she would hold while I grab the other call which number I did recognize ----she said she would wait but when I returned 10 seconds later she was gone and she never called me back

This number is used/owned by Level III Communications and its subsidiary Broadwing Communications.  These two firms specialize in "Voice Over Internet Protocol" ("VOIP") telephoning.  When you receive a call from one of their VOIP customers who does not want their originating telephone number shown, it will often show THIS number as the originating number.  That is why none of you can identify this number as someone you know.

Called at 11:35et.  let it go to voice mail and it was youwager.com asking me to call back 800-968-9243.  I had an account with them 5 years ago and they were trying to get me to make it active again.
