This number just called nad didn't leave a message.  When I call back it says "Call failed: not allowed."  this  is my cell they are calling.  annoying

Okay, this same number has been calling me for months now, sometimes followed by and unknown number. I hooked up a fax, but picked up nothing. After my fax attempt they still called but i get no  fax tone from them anymore. I also tracked it down to Broadwing Communications (owned/managed by Level 3 communications). 1-877-321-5465 - Business Market Group, option 1,1 to open a ticket. They didn't actually open one since i'm not a customer. But i made sure they heard my complaints. They told me to call the cops and file a complaint. This number supposedly doesn't exist, someone is spoofing this number. I say you all call and keep calling level 3, i'm sure they'll have to do something about it eventually.

i received phone calls on my 3 cell phone lines around the same time from this number.

I received a missed call on my cell at 9 am in Florida.  It is busy when I call back.  Very annoying.

I just started receiving calls from several different bogus callers.  It may be coincidence but it seemed to start right after I added my phone numbers to the Do Not Call registry on-line.  Now I am wondering whether I got the right websit or whether I mistakenly gave my personal information to a scam website that is spoofing the Do Not Call registry.

This number called at 6:15pm ct. Didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.  Looked up area code and it's the LA core business district (Chinatown, Koreatown, etc.) I live in MN

We are a home business and receive calls from 213-291-1900 at least 5 times per day with no one on the other end just series of beeps.  We have tried to call the # back but no answer and we have tried to look up information on who the # is registered to but no help there either.  We added our number to the National Do Not Call REgistry but we can't file complaints until after 31 days.

These stupid telemarketers, gett a life and stop calling. 213-291-1900 is a pain and you block them by calling your phone service and put a permanent block for that number getting through.

Just received a call from this number too - on my cell, which is listed on donotcall.gov, which has a mechanism to file complaints about offending entities such as this one.

Recieved call, no beeps, no voice, no background noise, nothing. Tried to call back and call was not allowed.........WTF!

received a call from this number. They wanted to do a survey about movies that I had seen in the last month. I thought it was a crank call and said that I was not interested. So I typed the number in to see who it was since it said unknown. Now after reading the other replies, I am wondering if this is a scam of some sort.

i just got a call from this # on my cell at 11:46 am. i didn't answer cause i didn't know the number. i figure if it's important they can leave a message. no message, surprise! i live in ky, my cell co. is changing over to verizion. 213-291-1900

I received a call (AGAIN!) from this number last week on my cell phone.  I was in a meeting at the time, so I just picked up, but did not say "hello." I heard back ground noise, so I walked out of my meeting, and cleared my throat so that if someone was on the other end they could hear me.  To my surprise, a lady's voice said, "Mr _____? I said yes, and she asked me to hold for a call.  Turns out she connected me to an off-shore betting site that I once used about 4 years ago.  They wanted me to bet with them again, etc. I'm now thinking that this number is some sort of marketing relay service for calls that are coming in from out of the country.  I'm guessing that many of the numbers they end up dialing are wrong numbers because of wrong country codes, etc.  I'll be the callers from outside the US are using VOIP technology to call the relay company for free, then the relay company hooks them up to the party the are trying to contact in the US.

Got a call today around 5pm on my cell phone.  According to a reverse look-up on Superpages.com,

First time i've recieved the calls. Back to back around 6:45 am (EST). Each time it was just beeps (i'm guessing a fax machine). Tried calling back but wasn't connected. Tried 213 291-1901 and that gave a disconnecte message. pretty annoying. i hope it doesn't continue. I'm with cingular.

Just got a call from this number. It is a website youwager.com gave me a 866 # to call back.

This number calls me about 4 times in a row.  When i try to call it back it says its not a working number???

I got a call from this number at 3 PM  just eight minutes ago and nobody was on the other end. And nobody would answer.

Calling at 1:00 am. Want it to stop.
