A human....subcontinent accent warning me my computer had "errors"....scammer

I get calls on a daily basis on my cell and my work from this number.  They leave a voicemail that says they are "attorney" firm and that someone has filed a restraining order against me and I need to contact them or they will send a police officer to my work.  last year this number would call me claiming to be from the FBI financial investigation office (no such office) always with heavy middle eastern accents and names from movies (officer james west was my favorite).  I turned them into my local FBI office and once I told them I did I was called everything under the sun and hung up on.  They stopped for awhile (also told him if he was gonna scam people at least put a little research into.  No respectable FBI agent would call themselves a officer, it will always be agent).  Calls stopped for awhile until a few months back when they started calling and saying they were NYPD officers (I live in Oklahhoma) and once I told them I had turned in their phone number and recorded voicemails to my police department calls stopped for awhile.  They don't like it when you call them out and say you have reported them.  This newest once leaves a very english speaking recording and asks you to press 9 to speak to a litigator.   At least they are imaginative this time.

MCI ITSS TELESYS. Telling me i had a free emergency alert system coming.

Got a call by MCI ITSS TELESY on ID asking for me by name. In my business everyone asks for me by name so I said yeah. She said we just need to know if you are there so you can be served a summons, possibly in one to two days. I asked for what, and she said she couldn't say, but you could call 1-855-843-5174 with a key number to get info. Called, and got what appeared to be Lady Mistress of the Night who  provided me with details of a credit card debt that got charged off to a deceased person thirteen years ago, who died in 1998. She went on to say I was responsible for aaaallllll the interest up till now, and we are going to garnish your wages to the tune of 25% of your income and we have our attorneys on it and even going to garnish your wifes income if we find her. And she had info on some of my details, however not connected to this account, I played her game and acted like I was devastated to get more info, and I did, she had the wrong person, with the same name. She had MY credit score and used it to say We got three of your creditors to give us your signature , and they matched this SIGN ONLY  loan, and because this loan was not pre-approved, Ca. upholds SIGN ONLY loans. AINT NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THAT! She even said the loan was charged off in 2000, DUH, if you are dead.
I got all the info I could and she agreed I was a 100% back payback, so wtf? She said the Attorneys are going to levy your car loan, and your house. My creditors are not cowards, again, research with my accounts assured me they did not give out my signature and none of them gave her my signatures. Just playing  like I was that person of interest gave me the creeps. Calls to New York, Memphis, and Los Angeles, Dallas, and Miami are on the alert of this slush. Oh, and don't mess with Texas.

I have gotten calls from this MCI iTSs telesy number for days now saying I owe a payday loan.  I don't have any of things and never will. Scams really tick me off

Here we go, getting a web/local cam on the slush who tried to scam. She's in Ca. OOPS, party over out of time, so sad when that happens.

Man w/ a thick middle-eastern accent said that he was calling w/ Windows something-or-other.  Said that for the past two weeks my computer had been downloading something and it was full of viruses and he was calling because they received an alert about it.  I told him that that was interesting because my computer hadn't even been turned on for the last two weeks so I knew that this was a scam and hung up.  Received a call like this before a couple of years ago.   Thought that the story was pretty far-fetched back then and did not do what the person was asking me to do w/ the computer.  Cannot remember if a phone number showed up on the caller ID or not.

Did not answer and they left no msg. This looks like from the other messages that it is a big scam.

Called my wife...grandson in jail in Canada...need $1,500 to get him out; she told him that was awful, but since he knew we are both disabled, he's got to come to the house and pick up the cash, cause we don't get around much, and since he had all the info on us, he already knew where we live, so just stop by and pick it up...don't know what happened, cuz he never showed up...we were so disappointed!

Everybody call them back at this number...315-688-7340...say whatever you want or just hang up on them like they do to us. This is the call center number. I can hear scam after scam going on in the background.

they told me that we were going to get sued, they could not provide me with any account numbers, the name of the company of the origional bill, and just kept trying to scare me into payment plan, i told them no, i would not enter into any kind of agreement until they could provide me with the info needed, the guy told me i would have my day in court and probaly end up paying over $4000 in court costs and hung up on me, and as i see here that there are so many other complaints on this number i am glad i not easily scared,

I got a phone call from the same number telling me that I have 4 hours for me or my attorney to call them back because there is a complaint against me. If I do not comply they will put a restraining order against me. It was just a recording, wouldn't you think that we would send you something in writing. What a scam and they should be stopped.

Got a call from this number telling us we had a paid medical alert system that they wanted to bring to us and wanted to schedule an appointment to drop it off.

got a call from this number and it was a foreign speaking man who said he was from Windows and that my computer was being hacked and he wanted to help me. I initially did not believe him at all but he kept on and on and finally had convinced me. so as i was going through the steps with him on computer i decided to hang up and call the number he was calling from. it was MCI ITSS TELESY at 213-337-0014. I called it and
it gave a weird busy signal. he then called me back from VIACOM at 212-654-2312 and tried to convince me again that was was legit. after more conversation i ended the call and called the VIACOM number and it said it was no longer in service...... very strange and i am so glad i did not give him any personal info!!

Received this call TWICE on my Cell Phone and TWICE on my WORK Phone stating I needed to respond in 24 hours or I would need to appear in court for a restraining order. It was a recorded message on my voice mail. I think I will call the 315-688-7340 number and tell them their refrigerator is running! Just gonna call every chance I get and tell stupid Knock Knock Jokes! I wonder who is paying these jerks to even make these calls! All I can say is there must be a special place in Hell for scum like that!

For several months, we kept getting robocalls from MCI ITSS Telesystems. When we answered, no one was there and no message was left. Sometimes, it was twice a day, early and late, to the point it went beyond annoying to harassment. Finally, yesterday, a real person was there when I angrily picked up. It was a telemarketer for MS Society an dI vented my anger and frustration on him, demanding he put me on their DNC list or I'd file a harassment complaint with the FCC, even though charities can still call people on the DNC list.  They better not call again!!!!!!!!!!!

Women with very poor English and with a foreign accent (India?) said they detected a virus on my computer from some server. Asked if I was at my computer and if I would let them have access to it. I said No and hung up. -----seems like various scams originate from this number on the public.

I got a call from 213 337 0014 very strange caller ID MCI ITSS TELESY. It was a recorded call. I got the same one earlier on my cell phone something about about a restraining order etc and that they were going to call my employer. They said to call back to 216 644 1249, some litigation, placed on hold then no name voice mail. They use a front number and then a different call back.

Really?  Got nothing better to do with your time, whomever you are?  I am waiting for a call from the hospital about my mom, and you feel compelled to make a prank call at this time?  GET A JOB!!!

First off I would not bail anyone out of jail. If it is for a fender bender they will get out on their own reconison the next day. For anything else they got themselves there and can get themselves out. I never bail anyone out no matter who it is. You are putting up your life and your security that they are going to show up in court on the due date and if they don't you lose everything. If they got themselves into jail they are not trustworthy. Also, they can call you themselves collect from the jail. If it is a genuine bailbondsman they will identify themselves and give you all the information you need. Using MD as a scam for money is deplorable. The legimitate charities need money and these scam artists are taking it away from them. Plus whatever you give them is no tax deductible as a donation if they are not a legit company. If people would just think first before they hand out money or personal information. Also, I've been called at least a dozen times from different numbers telling me I have won a brand new car. All I have to do is give them $4,000 for processing and then the car will be delivered to my front door. Ain't no such thing happening. STOP AND THINK BEFORE YOU GIVE ANYTHING, MONEY OR INFORMATION OUT TO STRANGERS.
