    I just reported them to the FCC - suggest everyone else do the same.  You can fill out the complaint form at esupport@fcc.gov

    MFers have now made me so mad that I'm on their rears and I will pin them down.  It's hard to get back to sleep, and when you work really early in the morning calling at 9pm is crossing the line . . . not like they didn't cross it the other 5 times they called me today, starting at 8am, and hanging up when I answered.

    just got a call about 8:40am, didn't answer and they didn't leave a messege.  i googled it and got this site, and then they called again at 8:48am while i was reading the complaints.  how do you report this to the fcc?  thanks.

    After being oncall and getting paged every 2 hours for work last night/this morning, 213-533-8042 called me every 10 minutes for about 45 minutes about 4am-ish (East Coast time) and then again twice about 9:30-10am.  I only answered once as in my bleary-eyed-ness I thought it was a colleague in Connecticut.  No one responded when I said hello, and I didn't answer any of the other calls.  No messages left.  Filing a complaint with FCC now.

    An update... I called cell provider, Nextel, and the first lady I spoke with said it takes 12-24 hours for calls to be registered in the account to where she could view the calls made to my cell.  She suggested calling back again about 8:30pm since she only saw one call at 8:35am.  The same number called me early-early this am and ALL FREAKIN DAY--averaging about every hour and 1/2 from my log.  I called back Nextel at 8:05pm.  The rep said he only saw one instance of them calling me but the time was 2:15pm.  Then he beat around the bush a little and asked why I wanted this information.  Saying I was filing a complaint with the FCC seem to prod him slightly, BUT he suggested waiting even longer to call back and get the times.  I asked "If you are only seeing the 2:15pm call and the lady this morning only saw the 8:35am call, where is time where this information is not lost between here and there?!"  He said all the calls would get recorded and be in the system.  I also asked if I do not answer the call will it still show up in the system.  He said any incoming call answered or not gets recorded.  That would be great if that is true since there were a boatload of their calls that I did not answer.  ALSO, in researching why all the rights are protecting these jerks and NOT folks like us getting shafted on these calls... IF you call their number back--YOU HAVE OPENED THE DOOR TO "DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM".  DO NOT CALL THEM BACK ON YOUR DIME--NOW YOU HAVE A "PRIOR RELATIONSHIP" WITH THEM NOW AND THEY CAN KEEP CALLING YOU. And for pete's sake, do not give them any information AT ALL.

    I filled out my form online for the FCC yesterday for these jerks.  I turned my cell phone off last night to get some sleep.  Only one call today at 8:44am and I answered, waited, heard the call reconnect to a live person, and screamed "Stop calling me!" as loud as I could.  The heavily accented woman on the other end just said "Ma'am are you ok?" So I replied "NO and stop calling me!!!" then I blew a whistle in the phone.  Hey desparate measures call for desparate times I say.

    Depending on your phone, you may or may not block specific numbers from calling you.  I went to http://www.phonedog.com/cell-phone-research to find my user's manual and read thru it quick.  Or call your cell provider and ask them if it is possible.  Do NOT call them back as this is the loophole they use now to say "we have an existing relationship" since you now called them.  Keep track of the calls and file a FCC complaint.     they call 1-10 times a day and it is very annoying. I have never answered or
    called back. Istarted looking the number up on the internet and this is what I found... all of these complaints about the same number.

    I've been receiving multiple calls from 213-533-8042 every day for several days now.  I keep ignoring the call since it comes up 'unknown' on my cell phone.  I use this for business during the day and it's extremely annoying, especially when I keep getting beeps during conference calls.

    Got severla calls from this number, but when I went to anwser there was no one on the other end. This is a problem because I use my phone for business. If there is anything that can be done about this it would be a blessing.

    The same number has call at least four times in two days. I am the receptionist to a small business and the president of the company is working with me to have this stop. The fist call was this morning (7/19/2007) The genital man on the other end was making odd noises then when I announced who I was the guy had really bad broken up English was screaming at me... Then hung up on me. Is there any tips that I should know to have this person stop calling?

    Called my parents several times saying they are some sort of grant assistant company.  not only myself but my dad told the indian girl to removed from the calling list.  b*stards keep calling.

    I've been registered, so I just filed a complaint this morning.  If enough people complain to the FCC and the DONOTCALL registry, maybe someone will be able to do something about these jerks.  I've already received 5 calls since 2:30pm yesterday afternoon - that's when I started keeping a log.
