Human being called asked personally short voice survey about my call to Veterans Affairs.  Was legit...

I looked up Royal Bus Bank, which is Royal Business Bank, an Asian bank. This was at the top of their website:

It has recently been brought to Royal Business Bank’s attention that several individuals have received fraudulent calls, purportedly from Royal Business Bank, requesting personal information, bank account information, and/or access to the individual’s PC.

I looked this bank up. At the top of their website they have this warning:

Caller from number identified as Royal Bus Bank had heavy Asian accent and told me that he was calling from my "Serbus Probider" (service provider) and they saw corruption coming from my computer.  Then he said something about Windows that I could not understand.  He asked if I could get on my computer and I told him NO and hung up.  SCAM!!!

The soliciting phone number was 213-640-3052. A man with an accent said that they detected "issues" with my computer and they wanted to perform some tech support. This is a scam.

I too just today received a phone call with it saying Royal Bus Bank? I didn't answer this call either. So tired of getting these phone calls I don't even answer my phone half the time because of scammers/hackers. This is an Unwanted call also!!

I did not answer this call because these places are always scammers or hackers.

Two calls so far today (unanswered), including one hangup on voice mail.  Saw the fraud alert on www.royalbusinessbankusa.com

Called before 8:AM.  Young, female, good speaking English, left message to call regarding claiming our prize.  First part of message was garbled so don't know what kind of prize we supposedly won; but hard to be a winner when you haven't entered.  We don't answer unknown, 800#'s, out of area etc.    Next investment will be call blocking machine.  Tired of unsolicited phone calls day in & day out.

Received a message from this number saying we were being notified of a legal action against us and that if we didn't call another number provided (304-205-9959) we would get served by the county at our home or place of employment.  Knew it was a scam.  Then I received the exact same call a second time within the same hour.

Got the same call at work never called them back.

Callers from Royal Bus Bank #213-640-3052 are scam artists.  They have called my number 4 times now, when the machine picks up, they won't leave a message but if I do answer, a man comes on the line in a few moments and it's always a different scam.  His latest scam is about solar electric panels.  This caller seems to forget he's called me before...his voice and extremely heavy Hindi accent are more than memorable.  This is a scam artist just trying to get information.  Don't bother answering this one

This number called at 5 A.M. this morning.  Did not answer and they left no message.  I am getting more and more of this type of calls.  My number is supposed to be on the No Call list.

They called three times in 5 minutes. I was on another line and didn't pick-up. After 3rd call, I disconnected the line I had been on. They had not left a msg. And now have called again. All calls came through as UNAVAILABLE. I'm glad so many people have reported this number.

Received a call tonight said they were collecting for the international chief of police association. When I questioned them they could not answere one question. Total scam.

Called and left a message saying that that I needed to call back so they could confirm my identity to fax me some "important business documents". Since I have never even heard of "Royal Business Bank" and any documents important enough would be sent registered mail anyway, I added them to my call block list.

this is a robo call and its happening at the same time everyday!!  I just blocked it..

Caller ID said Royal Bus Bank! I played a recording of "this line is no longer in service". Now I will share this number on facebook to be used when you have to provide a number on a web site you know will give it to spammers.
