Sounded like a mass calling ,after i answered,it clicked and then a woman  with a thick middle eastern accent told me that she was calling from microsoft about my computer virises... hung up and blocked

receiving calls from 213-640-3052 (xerox)  identifying themselves from the Microsoft IT department telling me that my Windows computer is infected with Trojans and they can help.  As soon as I said I didn't have a computer they hung up.  This is the 2nd time they have called, last time it came through as Royal Bank.

It's a scam. Please stop.

They leave a message and  said to get in touch  with  them about a important matter. This is a scam call. Calls 3-4 times a day. Will not unblocker number until a put a caller id message to unblock the number.

Caller ID came up and said name was DOMINIC with this number. Didn't know anyone with that name - let it go to answering- they hung up - no message.

At 10:38 a man from India "James Meyer" using the company "Royal Bus Bank" and said he is tech support of windows. The phone number is 213-540-3052. He said, windows receiving error messages from my computer and he want me to get into my computer so he can solve the problem and I said NO! This guy is a scammer. When I am not cooperating with him at the end of the conversation he curses!

Got a call from them. I don't answer. They don't leave messages. They call so often I've gotten to the point where I'll just pick up the phone and hang un on them. So annoying!

I have been receiving call from them for two days now. They will not stop.

I received a call at 2:40, 4/14/16 from Royal Bus Bank.  Lady with foreign accent said she was selling some kind of face cream and that it was supported by Cindy Crawford.  She wanted me to try free sample.  I told her I wasn't interested.  I also received a call from 1-213-640-3021 on 4/13 at 3:42 that showed up as Ticket Master on my phone.  I didn't answer that call.  I'm sure it was also from the same scammer.

I have had about 10 calls from them today. How do I stop them?

Invest in a call blocker.

8/20/16 11:00 AM - Caller 213-640-3052 - Caller ID  indicated that the call was from Royal Bus Bank. Caller had a very heavy foreign accent and loud back round noise asking something about my PC.  ie: My PC is just fine and brand NEW.  So I knew it was a scam, they call several times a day.  After SCREAMING... loose my number your scammers and crooks..I hung up.. they called back.. I answered and hung up immediately.. then blocked the number.. DO NOT ever give any personal information; I work for a bank, we will NEVER ask for Personal information.

The caller asked for me by my 1st and last name. I didn't answer. He must be using a list or phone directory.

Royal Business Bank is what the caller id says.  The caller identifies that they are Royal Business Bank calling about problems with my computer and they will help.  Royal Business Bank has posted a letter saying they are not affiliated with these scammers seeking information about your identity and accounts.  BEWARE....FRAUDULENT

Someone called and claimed they were my grandson asking - "Do you know who this is". I knew it was a prank call so I played along. I said it was Jim (don't even have a grandson that can talk). He knew my husband's name. He went on about getting into trouble and I just played along waiting to see what he was really after. After enough wasted time, I asked if he needed money. He said yes. I told him I didn't have a grandson Jim or any other name and that the call was being traced.  He hung up.
