Receieved a call frim 214-556-5350.  Didn't answer but left a voicemail state that there was a Court Action against me requiring me to appear in court and involves a restraining order.  Myself or lawyer are too call within 24-48 hours at 210-892-1235.  Tried calling and it was National Legal Services, had an automated system that led me to nothing but music.  Anyone else get this number calling?

Got the same massage about an hour ago but also got a call from a man as well who said he was from Global legal services i have repoted all these call to the attorney generals office and they say they are scams.

Got same call. Called back but just got music. If they have anything to say they need to put it in writing!!!

I received the same "restraining order" message. I called the number and after being on musical hold for 10 minutes a guy came on. He knew my name and last 4 digits of my SSN. He said there was a "PayDay" loan taken out under my name and I owe $1024, I told him he was incorrect and he said "a subpeona would be sent to my place of employment" and hung up before I could respond. TOTAL SCAM.

Call themselves Global Legal Processors. Rat [***]. Hope they all go to prison.

got same call yesterday. i have had scam calls like this before. they want copys of your bank card or credit cards.  they are all scams.

I just got this call about 30 minutes ago and honestly started to freak out!  They said that they have a restraining order against me; hmmm...why would their be a restraining order on me if it was a valid debt?  Should I call them back to see what they say or just report to Attorney General's office?

I got this smae phone call: telling me there was a illege action suit against me. for me to appear in  court and there was goin to be a harrassment suit against me.I thought oh well file it,,lol

I got the same call on m y hm ph and they told me I had a pay dayit loan out and own 826.00 and if I don't pay it they gone send it to court and file chager againt me and me and my attorney have to show in court .

I reported to FTC.

I have recieved this call for the first time today, 214-556-5350 they call my cell, it went to voicemail and its a recording saying my name and that there is a lawsuit against me and that I need to appear in court...then about and hr or so later the recoding called my job, how did they get my contact infomation anyway?
How do I get them to stop calling me because if this is something real it will come in writing and not from a phone call!

PLEASE HELP WITH ANY INFO U MAY HAVE ON HOW TO STOP RECIEVING THESE HARASSING PHONE CALLS!

Got a message telling to call this number that there was a restraining order against me.  Tried calling and only got an automated mesaage, punched in # and listened to music for about 5 minutes before hanging up.

My mom recieved this message for the past few months, they have contacted her mother, sister in law, my brothers and i am waiting for them to contact me. I just pressed a law suit against a debt collector so i am familar with the legal process. I want to talk to them.... they will not know what hit them. Has anyone been able to get them to stop?

I got a call as well and held for over 42 minutes even though after 20 minutes the recording said to press any key to leave a message and a Representative would call me back.  I wanted to get to the bottom of it now so I held and after 42 minutes the music stopped and I was disconnected.  When I called back I got the same music but I don't have another 20 minutes to spare.  I will try again later on as this is bothering me.  I am hoping that it is indeed a scam.

A message was left on my phone from 214-556-5350 regarding a Court Action that could lead to a Restraining Order. I called, gave them the case number. Guy asked me if this was in regards to "SO and SO" person. I told him I was not that person but knew a person by that name.He asked if my phone number ended in ****. I told him yes and again I was not the person he mentioned. He said they would take my number of their system. I asked him how they got my number but was told he couldn't say due to the "Privacy Act".  The way I see it, is that is a violation of my "Privacy".  How they got my phone number is what I wonder?
