I have been called on my cell phone 3 times  7/15 326PM   7/20  1:55PM   7/27 2:01 PM.    I have repeatedly asked to be taken off the list since I do not want their credit card service, but the idiots on the phone do not know how to do that.   A bunch of dumb [***].

The person on the call was rude and suspicious... Doubt this is a telemarketer... Hope you get what is coming to you!

The latest sleeze ball calling from the company pretended to be a customer and wanted to know if our business accepted credit cards.

A scummy credit card processing company.  Never say yes because you will receive your new cc processing machines in the mail.... you know, the ones you don't want but you did agree to when you said "yes".

How do you get Merchant Services to quit calling. It is only a recording and can never talk to anyone. This is a personal line and on the "do-not call" registry. They call at least 3-5 times a week.

Based on these posts we have used our company's call routing system to reject their phone calls. Reports from our system show they've been trying to call us DOZENS of times a day.

Great tip on using their number.  I did one better and gave them my state's Attorney General's office - after all I am on the "do not call" list.

They call constantly...ask for "the owner" and get really hateful and pissy when you tell them he is not in.  Last time, I told them not to call back, and the guy called back immediately, and wanted to argue with me about "why" I had told him not to call back, and proceeded to tell me that unless I was the owner, and had LIED to him, I had no "right" to tell him to quit calling us!  I hung up on him again, and he continued to call three or four times immediately thereafter...I just let the machine get it.  I will never answer their calls again.

Problem is, you have to find them, and you have to sue them in their home town, not yours.  You might me able to recoop your costs of the flight out there, though.  Bigger problem is that most of these people are not legitimate telemarketers.  They are scam artists with spoofed numbers, so it's much more difficult to track them down and sue them or get them arrested.
