I just started yesterday. I am now extremely nervous. I moved from another state for this job. They assured it was a full time job. I wouldnt have moved if i had know it would be [***].
Should i demand my private information back and look for a new job?

Please give me details! I have been there for three-four days and I feel like its a scam as well !

I just applied for this job and almost immediately received what looked to be a mass email (almost like an ad, actually), that seemed to auto-schedule me for an interview in 2 days, stating "i apologize for the short notice but the company has recently launched our new website and our celebrity sports division and have been overwhelmed with requests" (which really has nothing to do with setting up an interview for hire...I guarantee if this is a legitimate agency the people launching the website and celebrity sports division are not the same person taking interviews, unless you are specifically applying for those departments.) The email later stated "if this date or time is not convenient, I might not be able to reschedule you for quite some time due to the radio show and other conflicts in our schedule." (Again, nothing to do with anything...you're not going to be able to schedule an interview "for some time" because you have a radio show? What? These high pressure tactics, clearly just trying to push how "well" the company is doing and how "busy" they are is always a red flag.) The message was then signed with the odd closing "To your success - I will be out of the office this week; the only way to reach me is by email, Mrs. Amanda Waiters - VP Director of Emplyment" (an interesting choice to close on...and one that makes actual contact with a "real person" impossible. Big red flag.)

I've interviewed for a job at a similar type of company in the last state I lived...as a former model myself, I am familiar with all of these scams and could never bring myself to work for such a company. I don't plan on even wasting my time with this interview, given my prior experience, their BBB rating, all of the horror stories I'm reading online, and the fact that "The It Factor Productions" website contains NOT A SINGLE model, actor or musician portfolio on their site!! Go to ANY other agency website and you will find all of this information readily accessible (or, in terms of the top tier agencies, contact information for legitimate companies to call to request this information). That is what an agency is for! Exposure! None of this seems to add up...However, if you have had a different/more positive experience, I'd appreciate hearing your story. I am very sorry to hear that you moved from another state just for this position...I sincerely hope it turned out ok for you.

Because the it factor productions isnt an agency. Its the company which has an agency and management company. Do your research properly and you would see their sites for the agency and management company with the portfolios.

i had an interview with them and all i had to pay was 695 and i would get a casting call i have talked to every live person there andi believe it is legit most of you on here is just mad because either
1. you didnt get picked
or
2. you didn't want to put in the work and effort to get signed

You obviously work for them. Who cares what any of the people scammed name s. that's not important. What's important is getting the message out to screw up their plans and save people like us, (not you cause your with them ) our ard earned Money. F*** them! And you for that DOI you mentioned. 5 dollars you ain't use ur real name either .

If you just started working there I highly recommend you quit now before they waste more of your time and money. I started out as a scout working for a month paying my own expenses and was not paid once. After that 30 days "training period" I demanded a paid position so they moved me to the call center. They promise to pay you hourly (a very low wage) and you'll work 6-7 days a week for a minimum of 10 hours per day. I got my first paycheck and it was not even for minimum wage and don't even bother asking about over time. They hire new scouts every week because everyone quits. That's for a reason! Get out now!

As someone who worked there and actually knows how they're software runs, you actually dont get paid even if the people you scout sign. You only get paid your bonus after they pay IN FULL. Good luck with that. Most people who get signed are on payment plans and just change there minds so you never see that bonus. In addition, all the people scouted go into a database. I have personally seen it and see a "talent's" name and information submitted a bunch of times with different scouts associated or with no scouts at all. There is no guarantee you'll be paid even if you're the best scout. BEWARE!!!

As a live person who used to work there that you probably talked to, we were instructed to dodge the issue of money. I would talk to people who had been signed who were concerned that they paid and hadn't heard anything for months. Hopefully your situation is different and you find success with them, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

This place is NOT a scam!!! Trust me I've been scammed  by main line models and management. Its sucked but I can assure u this place is not a scam.

i have procured a copy of a contract from this company from an inside source.I've attend the casting call, and am supposed to return today for the "2nd interview".  My legal adviser began reading the document and laughed.  If you want a copy, email spinewall2002@yahoo.com.  

Still not sure?  Go to the interviews, and request a copy of the contract for legal advisement.  They won't let you take it.  THAT'S ALL the proof you need.  END OF STORY.

They are scams i walked into there Office and they told me all this good stuff I signed up and Did not recieve not one phone call back yet smfh I dont know If I should sue them there number 215-322-8200

Well for one no agancy will be free there's always fees, two follow through on everything and it'll work out. I know because I'm a model scouted by them.. Just depends on how bad you want it

Alycia aka Aly has given birth to "FMA", Findmyaudition, another company out to scam unsuspecting aspiring models, musicians and other performance artists by selling them through untrained, and unexperienced 'representatives' event packages ranging anywhere from $500 - $15,000 or more to "create that special intimate environment for attendees and industry professionals to come meet and network in one place."

The Company is financially programmed by Aly and her ties to italian mafia groups sectored throughout New York, New Jersey and Connecticut that help sponsor and compensate a majority of the legit actors, small by known, into attending these "networking events" so that they'll make it seem as if the company does what it says when officially VIP/ FMA are an openhouse for scam agencies, companies, and other profressionals that have little to no work to offer and to take advantage of these hope seekers. The company does refer 'very motivated and driven" aspiring individuals with that extra dollar at hand to other scam companies across the US board.

Again the USA is set up schematically like a SpiderWeb if you think about it, companies run or branched off with different or same names all stay in touch with each other and report to "The Source" with how their company revenues, annuals, and rates of demographic success ratios. "The Source" to be better explained as a very powerful, executive buisness head already retired, having worked in the cores of American business, such as WallStreet, major entertainment groups, and contracts with the law so as to not get sued, yet they are criminals with the capability to change their name, address, place of residence and everything about them that makes them untraceable.

These companies, whether they follow different patterns, methodologies, procedures or
having seperate CEOs or 'Executives" are all contacts that have studied and copycated the best of the best strategies in marketing, advertising, and sales techs available. Believe however when I say that not all these owners perfect what they have learned, and some still remain ignorant to this day not knowing how to run their show.

It Factor/ VIP/ FMA is by all means the old Options Talent, still secretly based in Orlando, Florida..a warehouse of refuge for Ms. Aly to escape of anything should dare seriously happen to her. Her "service", these event networking seminars, shows, expos, or whatever are again a hunting ground for these scam bounty hunters to keep sucking the new money from these people.

I as an insider and underground operative I see now why ultimately there is no way for this industry to scam on to never end. That we can use the rules of the law to make ourselves seem real, that we can pay who ever realistically to shut their mouths up and say to society how important and real we are, and how America really loves to help make us more money the wrong than the right, "adjusted" way. This is a sign off, and I leave this information to the beholder to view, and make just decision, to what they should believe or not these are the actions and dangerous activities happening realstically in our future.

I just told these people to never call me Again and wat do they do? What I wanna know is what real agency calls people that are not interested? In my meeting with some young girl she told me how do I not have any money in my pocket? Are you [removed:lang] kidding me? I mean just from the people they hire and how annoying their teeny bopper scouts are, what company hires a child to scout you in. Mall and tell you that your child has the look? Real scouts are forty and fifty years old and scouting young girls on farms and are actually paying for them to travel to ny to the agency they work for. You can smell this scam a mile away....wow how dumb are the people on there site? Not me please please please stop calling!! I might change my number, I think it would be worth it!

Wow thanks for the heads up.My daughter had yes had an audition with them tomorrow. When I was speaking on the phone with the person she sound rushed like she had many people to talk to. I asked was there a fee and the repliedI got was this is only an auditin more information will be provided at a later time RED FLAG. We have been to many scam agencies that promiose so much for tons of money. I know that when some one wants you they want you you dont need to pay. So for real moding jobs we will be going to NY.

I have known Mike and Aly for over three years. They are a force that no one can stop.
They have grown leaps and bounds and I am very proud of their accomplishments.
I firmly believe in their way of conducting business, and anyone who does not believe is a fool with no brain.
No..they are not going to open doors for free, no, they are not going to take all the crap that the general public throws at them for not offering a personal limo or private plane to get them there
We are looking for "Serious people" who not only have the money to invest in their own futures but have the time and intelligence to do so.
Fame does not get served on a silver platter...you have to want it from the inner depths of your being and truly believe in yourself, no one can do that for you. All we do at VIP is look for people who have that dream and won't stop at anything in order to achieve it.
Most people are not born into the "limelight" like like Paltrow, Clooney, Sheen, etc...they had their Mommy and Daddy's footing the bills.
The best things in life are not free as to what most naive people think.
Fame comes with a cost, it just depends on how much you believe in yourself.
