When answering calls from this #, robotic voice states the call is for "Charles Human"...have no idea who that is!!! Was getting up to 3 calls per day from this #, so I called it back. VERY rude black woman answered phone, I told her what I was calling about, she immediately transferred me to a man with a horrible NY accent!! I told him I was constantly getting calls from this # and they needed to stop. He actually asked me what # I "thought" I was receiving calls from and when I told him it was the # I had reached him on, he hung up on me!! I'm trying to figure out why in the world these people waste their time harassing everyone when their  only accomplishment is obviously a lot of PO'd people!!!

They are calling with threats and are harassing at my job.

Great attitude..."We arent paying any old debt...if it really even exsists...we will just pay out mortgage and hope for the best."  It's debtors like you that make it so much harder on decent, honest and TRUE hard working people that don't shirk their financial responsibilites.  Banks raise interest rates because of unpaid debt from idiots like you.  Alll you're really doing is screwing over your neighbors, friends and family.  Then again, its been my experience that the apple never falls far from the tree...chances are your family and friends are irresponsible, selfish morons that have no intentions of paying back what they stole.  Have fun paying cash for the rest of your life living in your double wide.

People are getting calls for debts they do not owe, belong to someone else, have been discharged in bankruptcy or are beyond the SOL.

BTW--This is not a discussion as to whether or not we should "Pay our bills".

This is about consumers' rights when it comes to the collection of debts.

This number has called me twice within 4 days. They are trying to collect a debt they ask for Patricia pletz then it goes on to say if you are not patricia pletz please hang up if you are please remain on the line for important information. I stayed on the line. Then listened for the phone number.  I called back and listened to music I guess while I was on hold. Then a women answer and I asked her name... it was Lisa Lambert she then went on to ask if I was the person they called and I said yes she verified info ... then went on to tell me that she was a Debt collector regarding a account that was over ten years old. I asked her to removed the numbers that they have listed on the account since they are not in my name .... she became upset and said are you telling me that you refuse to pay this debt... once again I said remove the numbers you have for they are not in my name.  She started in a harsh tone going on and on about this debt.  Three days prior to this I received a similar call from them.... same BS. on that day I asked for them to not use the numbers that they have ... I was told that they could call me for as long as I live .... Today I just hung up on Lisa Lambert because she did not like the way I was responding.

I had to call several times before I could have someone tell me they were removing my number from the list. I refused to give my name, since I am not the person they were looking for, but they kept hanging up on me.

Just got a call at home and called back from a hidden number cell phone.  National Penn Bank?????  They call me all the time.  So annoying.

called my work phone number EVERY day for someone that used to work here long before me. I kept pressing 2 (per the recording's instructions) which meant that I was stating I was not the person they were trying to reach. But they kept calling me. I called the number back and told the very rude person that answered the phone they had the wrong phone number and I have SUPPOSEDLY been removed from the list. Let's see what happens tomorrow...

These people keep calling us at our home number with a recorded message for our son to contact them, always in the early morning. I redialed them on 1-17-13 at  215-526-2600 to tell them he doesn't live here, not for years. The man told me he used our phone number and we  should make him contact them, I told  him I  didn't  know his address or phone number and to quit  calling our  telephone number waking us up . He said he didn't have to quit calling us until we made our son call him and hung up on me.

I have been getting these calls as well and have now twice told them to stop calling and if they call again I will file a complaint.

Keep rec calls from this number looking for Donald Green.  This has been my number for over 12 years and no one by that name has lived with this number in all that time!

I'm sick of this!!!!!  My next stop will be the FCC!!!!!!

I reported these bozos to the Feds to the Better Business Bureau and to the Attorney General's office in several states.

They have been calling all morning, PRETENDING to be the Attorney General's office. With a blocked ID and the most unprofessional phone message known to man. I am sorry, I know it isn't the attorney general's office, whom I deal with regularly, and who does NOT CALL and leave such messages.

They should be arrested for impersonating someone they are not. [***] can rot in hell.

These people are annoying. They call 5-6 times a week , never leave a message or send any contact via mail.

multiple calls daily from this number, starts @9:00am till 7:30pm CST, 6 days a week, 6-9 calls, usually no one home, have not\will not anwser based on info found here, but no indication that it will stop. Have no known delinquent debt & do not see any reason for the irritation.

Caller looking for a person who is not at my number.  There is no option on the recorded message to convey that the person they want is not here and to stop calling me.

they are calling my number daily for my son who does not live at this number. I have given them valis phone numbers to get a hold of my son. I told them that I am a disabled senior citizen and that my phone number is on the do not call list. however they still call here daily. I want them to stop calling me. they have been told 4 different times that this number is not a valid phone number for my son, yet they harass me daily.
