- CuriousMindJust called Molina and yes they are an affiliate. This is NOT A SCAM. So now I can sign and return these forms back to them.
- GailThey keep calling. And calling. And calling. If they are legit, why is it a robo-call?

- Human Arc RecipientI have had the not so pleasurable experience of working with Human Arc for the last 2.5 months.
First I did not initiate their repetitive calls and letters from my insurance carrier for (possible) additional benefits and disabilty payments. You become the gopher of your own personal medical history between social security and human arc. Human Arc's badgering conversational ways will get you to sign consent and release forms during inital contact with you. To their benefit and not help you in return. I have cut off all services through them. It's the bottom line $$ between my insurance carrier and human arc.- Caller: United HealthCare Community Plan/Medicaid

- VictoriaI received a letter from Molina of WA, to contact Human Arc. I did and was set up with an initial interview....The rep. spent 3 hours with me on the phone taking all my information. They requested medical records and called once to say they were still pending an answer from Social Security.....When I was called from them, they left a message requesting additional info...Takes so long for them to call back, at least 1 week and a half, when the rep says she will call in 48 hours, never happens. Anyway, rec'd a denial letter, they help with the appeal process, so another interview time was set up, for some reason, I was never called at the time interview time....She left me a message, after numerous times of trying to get a hold of them again, that they called me at the right time, but it was their Eastern time, not my time zone....didn't make sense, as the first interview time was my time zone...Anyway, decided that they were not for me, and got a local lawyer to work with....Good luck everyone.
- LydiaQI too received a letter in August stating that my son could qualify for SSI . Apparently his insurance thought there was a red flag in his development.i didn't open the letter til mid October. I too wasn't comfortable giving up my sons ss# so instead I just gave out his name and just avoided giving his ss#. But they knew his name his Medicaid #and address so I was wasn't sure if it was a scam . It's now almost Xmas and I just now got a hold of SSI and I am in process of seeing if I get approved. But to come find out human arc already had his ss# on file I just didn't want to give it to them . My son is stage 2 autistic . He is only 2 . So we are just waiting for the letter to state anything ... Can Any One else tell me how long the wait was b4 u were approved with the help of human arc .. Thanks

- DJThey're definitely a scam. i just received a letter in the mail from them thanking me for talking to them on the phone about SSI in December. I never called them, nor do I need SSI disability. Very strange and alarming. Stay away from them. They sound suspicious. ((just googled to see what was up))
- JimThey texted me, when I called they had personal information regarding me, and my doctor visit.... stated a hospital gave them my information because I don't have insurance.... not true... my insurance is valid and I spoke with the hospital and they have no information regarding me.... so they found it through a third party and were fishing for more information... I asked them to destroy my information and not contact me again.... result... they texted me again today..... obviously I'm not interested and they are still contacting me with information they obtained illegally

- Tygerkat replies to Kim S.,One, you're replying to a 8-year old post. Two, why are you here on a phone number look-up site when you clearly know to whom this number belongs?
- MissLisa in Oklahoma| 13 repliesI just received a call from these people and they left an automated vm so, I googled and did some other research to find out what's up with these people. BTW, I am one of those people that are extremely Leary and cautious when it comes to anyone wanting my personal information. Mainly due to my cousin stealing my identity in 1999 and making my life pure HE-double hockey sticks ever since. I'm talking warrants, tickets, felonies, bills, rented a home in my name, got government assistance all while I already received gov assistance so you can add gov fraud and a red flag on my driver's license as well so, yeah I would say I am Leary as heck. Anyway, sorry for rambling but, I do get solicited calls DAILY & I mean everyday all friggin day but, this one was different, idk why that is but just felt that way so dug around and came up with the following- they ARE registered with the BBB and are based out of Ohio however, they contract with multiple states since, being a non profit gov benefits advocate group for people that live at or below the national poverty level. It seems they in fact DO get many people connected with SSI, Medicaid, Medicare, counseling, financial help for health services such as hospital bills, doctor co pays, prescription cost, etc. Seems like a great group that truly does give back to the community and doesn't charge hidden service fees or any other type of fees so, that is good. However there is one thing that confused me, someone previously commented that human arc told him personally that, as long as, you keep the gov insurance they help you to receive & help you get approved for ssi/disability but, if you DON'T keep it then, they WILL take a small fee from ur SSI. That, I do not believe and seriously doubt that would be true with everything that I have found and read regarding their mission, motive, etc. I am going to check into that more before I AGREE TO GIVE THEM ANYTHING...and I will post any findings. Hope this long info-clustered mess helps lol. Be blessed.
