I am now getting calls from this phone number....figured must be a collection agency.  Remind them of the "Fair Credit Debt Act" tell them you want a statement.  When they refuse, you call a great lawyer, like mine in Minneapolis, and then he sues THEM, you get money from THEM and THEN they leave you alone forever!!  All you have to legally do is try to set up a payment plan.  If they refuse, contact me if you are in MN and I can give you my lawyer's number!!!  Works every time!

They call me almost everyday looking for somebody else.

I've been getting some calls recently from these guys as well.  Though I'm no attorney, I do believe that one may call the state attorney's general office of this company's home state, viz., WA, and register a formal grievance there.  At least that's the recommended course of action in my home state of Florida.

it's calling me three times a day and i've never had a verizon account.

This a collect collection agency that verizon either sells alleged debts or uses to collect alleged debts.  They call about 8 to 15 times a day on my cell number! Have not been with verizon for a year and a half since contract ended and switched carriers.  I have asked for statements showing this debt and have received none. I have heard a lot of people are getting calls from these people saying they owe money and have never even been with verizon. Seems like a scam.  This company needs to be investigated and shut down.

I have no idea who this is and they are rude, ignorant, wont answer questions as to why they are calling me.  I have warned them that if they call again, I will report them to the state attorney generals office and they dont care they just keep calling.   They call at any time day or nite.  Dont they have anything better to do and why dont these people find real jobs?  I will not talk to anyone that will not share their name, location or company name with me.  They can kiss my ass.

and the way I see it,  IF IT IS a bill collector,  they already reported me to the credit bureaus anyway, so they shouldnt still be calling..  And IF IT IS a ligitimate collection agency, they would leave a message and they would share their company name and info.   As far as Im concerned they can call all they want, I just put them on my block phone number list.

Have been receiving up to a dozen calls a day from this number, I have answered a couple of times and asked the nature of the call. I was told they are a collection agency. I asked for whom they are collecting this "DEBT" for, and they refuse to answer.
They refuse to answer simple questions, such as the name of the representative to whom I am speaking with, the name of the "Agency", or the company for which the original "DEBT" was incurred. They just simply hang up. I must have made someone angry, because they have resorted to calling at 6:30 A.M. and as late as 11:30 at night. What a disgusting group of people.

I do not want to be bothered by this company.  They call my number on a daily basis.

Shows up as "Per R" on the caller ID, won't leave messages and calling at work when I've told them repeatedly I can't accept personal calls at work.

This number keeps calling my and not leaving a message. They always call when I am at work or in Class. If I get the call on my home number I am going to tell them to go stuff it.....

This is a collection agency (RPM = Receivable Performance Management) based in Washington state. They are calling you in Michigan through a telecommunications company called Lucre Inc. located around Grand Rapids, which offers cheap "local access numbers" (in bulk) so that you think its a local call. Essentially, its a VOIP provider for businesses: a place to buy phony numbers and locations to trick uou into answering the phone.

This is the best way to handle these idiots..... Pick up the phone and answer "Sheriff's Dept." They will immediately hang up and take you off their call list.

These people keep calling my phone every day, sometimes more than once. When I answer, they usually hang up. Finally answered today and got a recording saying a rep would be with me shortly. I started cussing because I have better things to do and had someone say hey at me. Hey what?? I asked who they were and they didnt answer me. Just asked for a person I didnt know. I then asked again who they were with no answer. Told them to stop calling me or I was going to report them. How can I keep them from calling? Its very annoying.

this number called at 6:15pm on sunday evening 11-21-2010. Showed up on caller ID-I did not answer, because I guessed it was some sort of a scam.

this dick called me today and asked if i was j___ L___, i said yes, then he asked if my birthday was on such and such date, and i asked why, who is this and he continued to ask if i was j_______ L______ born on such date, i felt interrogated so i said no that lady is my mom and then put his ass on mute, he hung up after 2 minutes

No, they are not a collection agency, they are scammers. I even called them back once and they refused to tell me what they wanted, then hang up. To begin with, I don't owe money to anyone, so I shouldn't be receiving these calls. Next, I know that bill collectors ID themselves as such, plus they put the info about non-payment in a person's credit report. Nobody has done so in mine, so nobody is claiming any money from me. The Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General of my state said that this number belongs to scammers and bad ones at that. Just report them and they'll close them down.
